Thank you from the bottom of my humble heart for reading this story. Please consider giving my other Harry stories a try. There are 3 novellas, each about a particular (and real) time in his life: Holmes Chapel, Ghana, and Jamaica. The final story ties them all together as a full-length purely fictional novel. All four can be read stand-alone, but the I think it makes a pretty nice series.
All the places in this story are real, except for Harry's house and Mariam's cafe. Valroux is a made up name for a very real place, where I lived once upon a time. Some of the happiest days of my life took place there, in a house on a sharp corner, across from the winegrowers' cooperative. The restaurant by the lake is, in actuality, owned by someone who once lived in that house.
Harry's band members are real, although I have no idea if Mitch's junk is giant. His security team, assistant, and publicist are entirely fabricated.
I'm clueless about how stuff really works in the recording/celebrity/fashion world, but it was fun doing a little research and using a lot of my imagination.
Lia, her father, and her friends are 100% fictitious.
I hope there will be more fruit music...
