We were all at Bryan's and then we decided to go buy the stuff we're gonna need for the weekend.
"Okay, what else?" Owen said after we got some stuff and we stopped to discuss it.
"Let's make pancakes!" Olivia said excited.
"How the fuck are we gonna make pancakes in the middle of the woods, Olivia? GOSH!" Pete said pissed and we laughed.
"I'm sorry, I wasn't thinking" Olivia said guilty.
"Of course you weren't" Pete continued, I looked at Olivia and she looked down kind of upset.
"Hey, don't talk to her like that" I sai and hugged her and Pete looked at her, noticing she was upset.
"Oh, I'm sorry, babe, I didn't mean to sound angry" Pete apologized, so I let her go and he hugged her "I'm sorry" he whispered and gave her a peck kiss.
"Ew, guys, not here" Logan exclaimed and we laughed.
"What if we buy noodles?" Zack asked excited
"Not you too" Ava exclaimed
"What?" Zack asked confused
"How are we gonna cook it, dumbass?"
"See? Yell at him now" Olivia said and we laughed.
"I don't know about you but I can easily eat it raw" Zack explained
"Ew!" Stacey exclaimed
"What if we get fruits?" Pete said
"Thank God someone with a good suggestion" Zack exclaimed
"Ooh, I wanted noodles" Logan murmured
"Okay, go get noodles, we're gonna get some fruits" Pete said
"Okay" He left to get the noodles and the rest of us went to get fruits.
"Apples, oranges, grapes, what else?" Pete asked
"What about potatos? We can cook them on the bonfire" Owen said
"That sounds awesome" I said
"Yessss, it's so good" Stacey complemented
"Am, can you pick a few oranges for us, please? I'm gonna grab the potatos"
"Sure, no problem" I said and headed to the produce section with the girls to get the fruits
A few minutes later we all gathered still in the produce section to discuss what else we were going to need, then, totally out of the blue, Drew showed up.
"Mr Bianchi!" Zack exclaimed and they all greeted him, but I turned around and started picking up some apples, avoiding eye contact with him
"Hey guys, what are you all doing here together on a holiday?"
"We're going camping this weekend" Logan said
"Really? That's amazing! I love a good camping. Where are you guys going?"
"We rented a small cabin in tully lake, we heard it's a good place to camp at this time of the year"
"Oh absolutely, I've been there a few times, it's a really good place" Drew encouraged
"Really? Why don't you join us? It'll be fun!" Zack said and I froze, accidentally dropping an apple
"Um.." Drew murmured as I picked up the apple from the floor and I glanced at him real quick as I was getting up "I don't think it's a good idea"
"Oh come on, it's gonna be fun" Pete said
"You can show us around, we've never been there" Stacey said invitingly
"What are you gonna do this weekend?" Logan asked
"I'm going hiking with my friends from work"
"Great, you can invite your friends and we can all go camping and hiking together" Olivia said
"I don't think there's any place to hike around Tully Lake" he chuckled
"Oh come on Drew, don't make us beg" Stacey said and I looked at him, waiting for an answer, he glanced at me and them looked at Logan
"When are you leaving?" Drew asked
"Yaaaay" Stacey celebrated
"Let's gooo" Logan joined
"That's why you're my favorite professor" Zack said and Drew chuckled.
I wrapped the bag of apples and put it in the cart, trying not to look so pissed at what was going on.
"Hey, you okay?" Ava whispered getting closer to me as Logan and the others were talking to Andrew
"Yeah, I just.. Can we just go?" I sighed
"Of course" Ava said friendly "Hey guys, let's get the rest of the stuff then or we're gonna be late for tonight" she said ending their conversation and they agreed
"Okay, so we see you tomorrow?" Owen asked
"Yeah, I'll see you guys there, text me the time and details" Drew said walking away
"You got it!" Logan said and Drew walked away
"I love that guy" Zack said
"Oh me too" Stacey said
"Can you stop throwing yourself at him?" Owen said
"Why? He's hot" Stacey stated and I cleaned my throat loudly to get their attention
"Can we go?" I asked
"What's gotten into you?" Olivia asked
"I'm just tired and I really wanna take a nap before going out tonight, so let's just finish this and go home please"
"Let's go guys" Ava said and we all walked to another isle to get the rest of the stuff. As we were heading to checkout I saw Drew from afar
"I'll be right back" I said to Ava and headed his way, he didn't see me coming until I was really close
"Amber!" he pretended to be surprised "You look a little pale, is everything okay?"
"What the fuck are you doing?" I asked impatiently
"What?"
"Stop playing fool with me, why would you wanna go camping with us?"
"Your friends kindly invited me"
"And you should've kindly declined the invitation"
"Why? I think it's gonna be a blast"
"You really don't have anything better to do with your holiday other than ruin mine?"
"Oh don't flatter yourself, I'm only gonna enjoy a little fresh air by the lake"
"You.. Ugh" I stomped away from him before my eyes could get filled by tears
"What happened?" Ava asked as I walked past them, heading out
"Nothing, let's just go" I said heading to the car
