Chapter 2

"YOU GOT IN!!!" Ava yelled as soon as she saw me and ran towards me.
"I missed you so much!" I said when we finally hugged each other.
"I couldn't sleep tonight, waiting for you" She said hugging me tighter
"You're so cute" I said chuckling and we went to get my stuff.
"Where did you go?
"I told you, I went to the cafeteria to get a coffee."
"All alone? Why didn't you wait for me?" I ignored her, opening my bag to grab a paper, and she suspected "You weren't alone, were you?"
"I.. I was with a friend" I said, taking a pen inside my purse.
"A friend? You barely arrived here and you're already making friends? Damn, girl, you're a player!"
"Shut up" I said giggling and she laughed.

I finished writing what I had to write on the paper and put it on the chair next to Drew's suitcase. But Ava rapidly took it and, after looking at it, stared at me, surprised.

"A friend huh? And you're leaving him your number?" She mocked me.
"It's nothing" I said embarassed, picking up my other bag
"You know.. I'm not judging you" She said putting the paper back on the suitcase "But you definitely just confirmed my theory" I rolled my eyes.
"And what is this theory of yours?"
"The fun is just starting!" She said excited "We're gonna have the best years of our lives here" She put her arm around meu neck, raising the other arm up "And we're gonna bring this town to the ground!" She yelled and I laughed.
"Ok, but only after we buy some coats because it's fucking freezing here."
"Yeah, agreed" She said, cooling down.

We got in her friend's car and went to the dorm, I dropped my stuff near my bed, took my wallet and we left to the mall. After hours walking around the mall, we had already bought three gorgeous and warm coats, taken shots at the photos cabinet, ate pizza and gotten a cute little tatto of a plane to mark this new cycle of my life that was just starting, and then, we finally sat down to wait for an Uber.
"A hell of a first day, huh?" Ava said exhaling.
"Tell me about it" I smiled. "I arrived in this city less than ten hour ago and I've already accomplished three first times" She laughed.
"And you haven't even started yet. By the way, we're going to a party tonight"
"Ava, it's Wednesday, we're literally in the middle of the week"
"So? Everyday is a good day to party" she said and I laughed
"Fine, I'm in" she smiled
"Alright, let's go" she said grabbing our bags

We got into the Uber and went back to the dorm. We chatted a lot and when the clock finally turned 7pm, we started getting ready. I put on black leather pants, a red crop top and my new black coat. I put my hair down and put on some lipstick, mascara and a basic eyeliner, and sat down to wait for Ava to get ready. I was taking photos and my phone vibrated, I scrolled down the notification bar and smiled.
"I know that smiled" Ava said straighting her hair "Who is it?" I just looked at her still smiling. "No shit. Is it the guy from the airport?"
"It is!!" I said, excited.
"No way! You go, girl!" she hyped me up "Is he hot?"
"He is" I exhaled "He is so hot"
"What's his name?"
"Drew"
"Damn, we have a professor named Drew who's so hot too, holy shit" she rolled her eyes "Maybe it's a Drew thing to be hot" We laughed
"Let's hope he is as hot as this one" I looked back at the phone remembering his face.
"He is probably even more" I opened my eyes wide "You're gonna meet him when the classes start."
"What does he teach?"
"I don't remember, I'm too busy staring at him to actually pay attention to what he is saying" I laughed.
"And you still have the courage to say that I am a player" she laughed.
"But I never said I wasn't" we laughed.
I looked back at my phone, still thinking about something to reply.

"Hey, I found a note at the airport with your number and your name, and I thought the whole flight to LA about texting you, and then I realized 'maybe the note wasn't for me' so.. I just wanna make sure I am the right person."

*I laughed to myself.*

Me: "For a smart guy, you sure can tangle yourself with a simple note huh?"
Drew: "I'm sorry, I'm just not used to getting notes from pretty girls at the airport"
Me: "So outside the airport you are?"
Drew: "Fuck, I tangled myself again, didn't I?"
Me: "Hahah, I'm not a profile analyzer but if I were I would definitely say that this is your first time talking to a girl"
Drew: "HAHAHA, then I guess you're gonna be the first one I'm taking to dinner"
Me: "I don't remember accepting your invitation"
Drew: "Uh, that was harsh"
Me: "Hahah, fine, you did pay for my coffee this morning so that's the least I could do"
Drew: "Damn, I definitely should pay for people's coffees more often"
Me: "Hahaha I guess you should"
Drew: "Saturday 8pm, deal?"
Me: "Deal"

××Off××

"You ready?" Ava yelled from the bathroom.
"Yeah, you?" I blocked my phone and put it inside my purse.
"More than ever" She said getting out of the bathroom.
"Let's go then" I got up and she looked at me.
"Wow.. You're gonna get laid tonight" I laughed.
"Shut up."

We left the room and headed to a frat party near campus.

"WE'RE HEREEE" Ava yelled as soon as we entered the front door. The music was so loud I could barely listen to my own voice but still a few guys showed up to greet us.

"This is our newest meat in Med, directly from California, Amber Sinclair" She presented me and I smiled.
They all came to greet me and then we headed to the back to see what was going on. As soon as we got out a guy looked at us, smiled and came in our direction pretty excited, then I concluded he was Ava's more-than-friend friend when I saw Ava running towards him and jumping on him with his legs around his waist.
"You are SO HOT" the guy said, putting his hands on her butt and she kissed him. Then he put her down and she brought him to me.
"Amber, this is Topper" she pointed at him "And Topper, this is Amber" she pointed at me.
"Hi" I smiled softly.
"So you're the one she wouldn't stop talking about?"
"Good things, I hope" I looked at her.
"Oh, you know me" Ava said, I opened my eyes wide and they laughed.
"Come on, I'll introduce you to the guys" he took Ava by her hand and guided us through that whole crowd.
"Let's find you a cute guy to take you out of this tight pants of yours"
"I see you already got one yourself" I whispered and she smiled sassy.
"I'll tell you all about it when we get home" she whispered back.
"You bet you will. I want details" I said as we walked into a circle of boys.
"Guys, you see this beautiful lady here?" Ava pointed at me and they all looked at me, I was already embarrassed, hopping she wasn't gonna do something stupid "She just got here in the city. So I'm wondering.. who it's gonna take her panties home tonight?" She yelled, I looked at her extremely chocked and the boys cheered up.
"What the fuck are you doing?" I got pissed.
"I told you, you're gonna get laid tonight. And this.." She looked around "It's how we do it in Boston"
"What's up?" I heard a guy saying and looked at him.
"I'm cold" I said not giving him a chance
"You have to drink to get warm" He smiled and I looked at him, terrified. I was already scared about how this night was going to end. He gave me a drink and we were just chatting and drinking, and drinking and chatting and drinking more.
So, I looked by my side and noticed Ava wasn't there, so I started looking around trying to find her, until...
"WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR, YOU CHICKENS?" I heard her yelling and when I turned around I saw her standing, literally, on top of the table, with a bottle of tequila. "LETS GET THOSE BODY SHOTS STARTEEEEEED!!!" veryone cheered up.
A few guys started shaking the bottles, spilling drinks on everyone, then the girls started pouring drinks on each other and drink it from their bodies, suddenly the guys joined them. I was totally lost, then Ava showed up and dragged me to the circle where everyone was licking everyone's bodies and before I could run away some girl poured vodka on my chest and the guy standing next to me started licking my chest and my neck, it didn't take too long for us to start kissing, then I interrupted the kiss to drink a little more and pour more drinks on someone's mouth, then I went looking for the guy who I was talking to a few minutes before, I really wanted to kiss him and he hadn't made a move yet, so as soon as I found him, I did.. And thank God I did it because he was a really good kisser. The next thing I remember I was waking up in a couch, there were bottles and cups and clothes everywhere so I took a look at myself and saw I was totally dressed. No one had taken my panties home, thank God!
