I looked at myself in the mirror. Tight black dress that went down to mid-thigh. It had a swoop neckline and a golden belt. The sleeves went to about three fourths of my arms. I curled my long hair and Jaclyn insisted on doing my makeup. Against my wishes she caked it on, but I have to say, it looks good.

"Are you ready?" Jackie called. I could here her heals clicking down the hallway. I was wearing high heels also, I had to walk around the apartment for a bit before I got use to them. They sure aren't my Converse.

"Yeah, one sec." I said and grabbed my clutch purse which had money and my phone in it.

As we got into the car Jackie turned on the radio. I switched the channel to 93.3-the rock station.

"Uhm, no." She switched the station to the hit music station, "I don't do rock music."

I poured and crossed my arms which in turn she sent me a sarcastic smile.

"Okay this is a new one. This is a cover by Five Seconds Of Summer and it's called What I Like About You." The radio spoke. I rolled my eyes. Probably some stupid pop band that thinks they're all that.

"What I like about you," My eyes widened, "you really hold me tight. Tell me I'm the only one wanna come over tonight?"

"HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT!" I yelled.

I grabbed my phone out of my clutch purse and dialed Ash's number.

"KEELY! WE'RE ON THE RADIO!" He said brightly.

I wasn't hallucinating. It was actually Luke on the radio. Their cover made it to the radio.

"Holy shit Ash that's amazing! How?"

"I don't know. The YouTube video has tons of views." He said nonchalantly.

"Well that's great. Currently I'm out with a friend." I said.

I felt Jackie tap my shoulder. She gave me a 'what the hell's the matter' look and I shook my head telling her not to worry.

"How's Michael?" I asked. I know I shouldn't be asking this and I'm suppose to be starting over but I can't help it. You would do the same thing.

"Don't even." Ashton said.

I nodded and pierced my lips together not wanting to cry. My makeup would run and I'd look like a mess. Plus, I don't even know where we're going.

"Okay, well I have to go. Bye Ashton."

"Keely wai-" I hung up before any more emotions could be spilled.

This is all so insane. I can't believe they were on the radio. Tons of views on YouTube? I hope this music career goes well for them.

"So what's up?" Jackie asked keeping her eyes on the road.

"I know that band on the radio. One of them was the reason I was crying, the others are my best friends." I explained.

She nodded and looked at me for a split second then turned her eyes back to the road. I noticed she was one of those reaallyy cautious drivers. Which was good. I hope tonight will get my mind off things, do me some good. As soon as I thought this Teddy's song 'The City' came on the radio. Wow, things aren't going right for me.

It was 3am and Jackie and I were wandering the streets of LA. Smartest idea? Nope. But we weren't drunk or anything so we could kick anyone's ass if they tried to touch us.

"What's Calum like?" She asked.

I sighed. So many things about Calum that made Calum, Calum.

"He got brown eyes and hair, and people say he's Asian even though he's not. He can be cocky but most of the times he's funny."

She nodded, "What about Michael?"

"Funny. Spectacular. Adorable even though he claims he's punk rock. He's only loud when he's around his friends, and he has an amazing voice. I love the way he dyes his hair different colors and that he can't dance at all but he tries too. When you spend time with him you begin to notice the little things about him. It's cute. His flaws are what makes him, him and I guess you could say he's perfect. To me."

I wasn't even thinking when I said this but I wonder why I never told Michael how I felt about him. Maybe things would've been different if I wasn't so distant.

She rolled her eyes, "I asked for a description not a love letter."

I knew my cheeks were probably red. It's true, she only asked what he was like and I basically spilled all of my feelings to her.

She patted my shoulder, "It's okay. Your in love, I can't tell because your face brightens and your eyes light up when you talk about him."

I knew that I love him, and I knew that was painful, being IN love with him sounds more painful but also sounds true.

"Hey ladies." I looked over to where the voice came from. When I saw it was a drunk teenager I rolled my eyes and kept walking. Of course though, he had to follow us.

"Where you going?" He asked.

Scumbag.

"Away from your ass." Jackie said.

"Wow hurtful." He said but kept following us. I was really annoyed with him so I turned around and kicked him the shin.

I turned to Jackie, "Run."
