I decided to curl my hair today, and let me tell you. It was work! Curling long hair is not fun. But it looks amazing so it's absoulutely worth it. I put on a navy blue and white snapback that says 'wild one.' I guess I'm pretty wild. If wild means spending Friday nights alone then I'm off the hook. I put on my blue and white Keds, dark wash high-waisted shorts, and a navy blue crop top that had a grey desgin on it. I mean, I'm pretty stylish if you ask me. Or not. Whatever you want to go for. I brushed my teeth, put my phone in my back pocket, then walked to the kitchen and grabbed an apple.
"Hi Dad."
"Hey...Keely. Where are you going?" He asked.
I smiled, "Michael's"
"No-your-not." He said in that 'fatherly' voice.
"Yes-I-am." I mimicked and walked out of the kitchen. Honestly I'm having fun messig with my Dad. Maybe it will teach him that he can't be so judgmental.
Okay so I lied. I'm going to Ash's. I grabbed my skateboard and left my house. I don't know what I'm going to say to Ash. I was going down the road on my skateboard when I hear loud noises. Teenage boys. Ew. There was a lare group of them and I had to skate right past them. Great.
"Hello pretty! What's your name?" One guy called.
"Oh! Me!? Well, my name is fuck off."
"Ooohh want some ice for that burn!" One of the other guys called. I smile and kept on skating. I picked up my skateboard and walked up Ash's doorstep.
"Hello Mrs. Irwin!" I smiled at her.
"Oh! Keely! Thank the great Lord you are back. Ashton is a mess without you. I can't get him to eat. Please talk to him."
Oh my god.
I pushed past her and walked into the house to find Ashton. I walked into his room to find him sitting on his bed watching a movie on his laptop. He got skinnier. Way skinnier. His eyes were puffy and he looked miserable. The sight made me want to cry.
"Ashton?"
"Keely!?" He stood up from his bed. I took this opertunity to jump into his arms.
"Ashton your too skinny." I shoved my head between his head and shoulder as I started to cry. This was my fucking fault.
"Ashton I'm so sorry." Those were the only words I could utter. I was so upset. Ashton was still holding me and hugging the life out of me like in that picture his Mum took of us.
"You don't need to be sorry." He said.
I let out a sob, "Ash you haven't eaten in days, you've been crying forever, and it's my fault. I'm so so so sorry please forgive me." I slid my legs down Ashtons torso so I was standing. I was hugging Ashton so tight. I don't want to lose him again. I can't believe I lost him im the first place I'm so stupid.
"You can't control how you feel okay? It's not your fault." He assured me.
"Well, I'll only believe you if you eat something."
"Okay let's go downstairs."
"Right, were going but that's not going to stop me from hugging you." I laughed as Ash wipped away some of my tears.
"Alright, but it's going to be hard getting down the stairs." He chuckled.
We made it down the stairs with me still clinging to him.
"See you guys made up." Ash's Mum and Dad came into the kitchen.
"Yes, and now I'm not letting him go. Literally. He's going to have a hard time living." I giggled.
"We should go somewhere." Ashton suggested. He was eating his Mum's leftover dinner from last night.
"Okay...But it's going to be hard getting their." I shrugged as Ash's Mum and Dad laughed.
This was how it was working. Ashton was beside me and I was on my skateboard. Since I refused to let go, I would keep hold of him while he walked, to wherever we were going, pulling me along on my skateboard. We were going down the road where the teenagers were. They were still there.
"Ignore them." Ash whispered.
"It's okay they're wimps acually." I replied.
"Your a lucky guy! But mind sharing?" One of the guys called to Ashton. In return Ashton flipped him off.
"Dude your whipped!" The guy called after us.
Ashton just stuck up both of his middle fingers.
"Wow, nice use of your words Ash."
"Hey, I'm a man of few words." He said.
"I know Ash." I smiled, but then remebered something.
"Ash?"
"Yeah?"
"I kissed Michael."
