I woke up to the smell of burning and Michael's around wrapped around my waist. I smiled. Michael's Mum's cooking is the worst but I love her. I elbowed Michael in the ribs.

He groaned, "I was expecting to wake up to a kiss or somthing but what do I get? Elbowed in the rib."

I chuckled and rolled over.

"Let's get up and get moving."

"Uhm, no. Stay." He said throwing his arm back around my waist and pulling me closer.

"We should get up." I sighed.

"10 more minutes."

"Nope, come on."

"Please if we leave now we could step out of the room and be eaten by coyotes. But if we stay 10 minutes they'll leave. So we should stay 10 more minutes."

He spent the next half an hour explaining to me the possibilities of danger if we don't stay 10 more minutes. He's so cute.

"I'm taking you out tonight."

"Fancy Date." He added wiggling his eyebrows at me.

"Okay, I have to be fancy then."

He laughed, "You? Fancy?"

I slapped him, "I can be fancy." I stated matter-of-factly.

"Remeber that party we met at and you wore Converse?" He asked laughing more.

"Hey. I'll show you."

He laughed more, "Okay princess."

Michael was gone. He said he had to run a few errons before our date. Anyway, I'm going to be girly tonight. I am so going to show Michael up. He says I can't be girly but I am seriously going to show him. I guess everything I do is a competition. I turned on Michael's shower and hopped in. I'm so nervous about tonight. What if something goes wrong?

When I got out of the shower I blew my hair dry and curled it. I put on a silver necklace and braclet and went to decide what to wear. As I was shifting through my clothes in Michael's closet I pulled out a pink/tangerine colored dress. It was from my Aunt's wedding not to long ago. It would go perfect with the gray wedges I have. Yes I have shoes other than Converse. I slipped on the dress and looked in the mirror. I acually feel beautiful. For once I wasn't just okay with my looks. I thought I acually looked pretty. I put on some mascara and nude eyeshadow then walked out of Michael's room to find his mum.

"Keely?"

I turned around to see Michael's Mum with a bowl of soup. She set it down and walked over to me.

"Oh, Keely. You look beautiful." She hugged me.

"Thank you." I said still hugging her. I always pictured my first date supporter being my Mum. But to be honest I'd rather it's be Michael's. She pulled back and put her hands on my shoulders.

"I can't believe you forgave Michael after all he's done. If you guys ever fight again you can stay here. I'll kick Michael out." She smile at me then walked away.

"Keely, wow." Michael stepped in the front door and put down the groceries which I'm assuming were for his mother. He strode over to where I was and took my hands in his.

"You look so beautiful."

"I acually feel beautiful for once." I smiled.

"Your always beautiful."

"Thanks Michael." I hugged him.

"It's true. Okay. I have to go get dressed real quick then we can go."

I looked at what he was wearing. Black jeans and a T-shirt.

"What's wrong with what your wearing now?" I asked.

He playfully scoffed, "Please, I can be way more fancy than this."

"Okaaayy."

As he was walking towards his room I spoke up again, "Oh, and I told you I could be girly."

"I wana be drunk when I wake up, on the right side of the wrong bed, and never an excuse I made up, to tell you the truth that it's what didn't kill me, never made me stronger at all."

"Love will scar your makeup, lipsticks to me so now I'll never lean back here I'm sat here wishing I was sober. I know I'll never hold you, like I use to. But a house get cold when you cut the heat and without you to hold, I'll be freezing, can't rely on my heart for beating 'cause you take parts of it every evening, take what's what's out of my mouth just from breathing replace phrases like when you leaving me. Should I? Should I?" I finished singing the lyrics and lets the radio do the rest. We were in Michael's car on our way to our date.

"Oh my god." Michael said.

"What?" I asked.

"Your an Ed Sheeran fan. You aren't badass either. You don't just listen to rock." He stated.

"Hey, Ed's and amazing singer and just cause his genre's not rock doesn't mean he doesn't rock." I snapped.

"Hey, woah there. I'm not judging you. I like Ed's music too."

"Okay then we won't have a problem."

We pulled up to an elegant restaurant.
Yes elegant go with it. I stepped out of the car and left the soft breeze of summer blow across my face. It's a really nice night. I started to walk towards the restaurant and felt Michael's fingers intertwine with mine. I smiled to myself.

"Your adorable." I stated.

He scrunched up his eyebrows trying not to smile, "I'm not adorable, I'm punk rock."

"Whatever." I giggled.

We sat down at our table as the waitress walked up to us.

"What can I get you?" She asked Michael completely ignoring me. He looked a bit uncomfortable as she batted her eyelashes at him.

"Uhhh, I'll take lasanga... Keely? What do you want?" He asked.

"I'll take the smoked salmon." I stated although our waitress didn't once look at me she wrote down our orders then walked away sending Michael a wink.

"Looks like someone needs attention." I said. (More like wants a piece of Mikey Hey Ho! Am I right?)

He laughed, "Yeah she didn't even acknowledge you."

I giggled, "Her flirting skills are top of the charts."

"I thought she had something in her eye!"
