Karls POV

After a couple episodes of The Office, I noticed Kylie finally was able to sleep. I smiled before grabbing our food wrappers sprawled across her bed to throw in the trash

I shut off her tv and slowly brought her blanket back up her arms as I noticed she was slightly shivering.

I decided to stay here to make sure she was feeling better tomorrow. I walked slowly out of her room and onto the couch, where I fell asleep almost instantly.

I woke up around noon, and checked on Kylie. She was still asleep, and rightfully so. She needed the rest. I walked over to her and kissed her forehead

I left her room to make some breakfast. I made some for me and her, but quickly after I filled her plate with the eggs, bacon, and jelly toast, I wrapped it up in tin foil to savor it for her for when she wakes up, which surely won't be for a little bit.

I ate my breakfast at her dining table and scrolled through my phone. Chandler had texted me asking how it went with Kylie.

Chanchan

She's okay :]

Im glad. Did you two make
up? Since corinna is out of the
picture now

We surely did. She wants me to
make out my words with actions and
that's exactly what i will do

Thank god. Yall were meant
for each other.

I'm just glad she
accepted my apology and
is giving me a second chance.

Thanks chan, for letting me
do this for you.

Of course. I knew she needed
you anyways

I set my phone down and finished my breakfast, and decided to tidy up her apartment quickly. I noticed a lot of her clothes and photography stuff laying around.

I finished up her dishes that were now air drying or beinng double washed in the dishwasher and started on all of the clothing pieces on the floor. I crept into her room quietly to put the clothes in her hamper and made my way over to Kylie, who was still sound asleep. I pet her head lightly and left her room once again to finish cleaning up.

I recycled the cans of diet sodas, trashed the used tissues, and started a laundry run for her dirty blankets and clothes.

Afterwards I huddled up all of her photography equipment as well as her laptop and set it on her photo shelves, as I knew that's where they belonged

I sat down on her living room couch and admired my work.

I'd been scrolling on my phone for about an hour waiting for Kylie to wake up. Kylies bedroom door opened around 2pm, followed by a sleepy Kylie walking out with an adorable expression on her face as she saw me.

"How are you feeling?" I asked as i got up to put her breakfast in the microwave

"I'm feeling a bit better, just still really weak. I really need some more food" she laughed. "i'm just glad i have my appetite back you know" she laughed again

"I missed your laugh" I smiled warmly to myself, hoping to catch her reaction. The microwave beeped meaning it was done heating up so I grabbed it and the toast that is set aside and gave it to her with a fork.
