Jimmy and Chandler got to the arcade 10 minutes ago and it's already going absolutely bonkers.
"Let's do laser tag" chandler noticed a laser tag game connected to the arcade and vouched for it excitedly
"That sounds fun! let's do it" I said, tugging at Karl's hoodie towards the entrance
We walked inside, noticing parts of our clothes start to glow.
"Cool!" Chandler exclaimed. "My shoes are glowing!" He walked around with happy feet as we waited for the instructor
"He's like a little kid" Jimmy laughed while looking back at Karl and I. We laughed as the instructor walked in to tell us the rules

Chandler demolished us in there. His points racked up as Karl, Jimmy and I lost miserably. Karl came in second, Jimmy in third, and I was last. I couldn't help but laugh hysterically at myself when the points showed up on the board as we left the laser tag room
"I suck!" i laughed, looking at the guys as they laughed with me.
We all played in the arcade for a while before jimmy and chandler started to head out.
"We ran out of coins" Chandler said with a sad face. "Plus i've got to take chanman home, i've got a date with Maddy later" Jimmy added
"aww" karl and I said in unison
"be safe guys, I see it started to rain" I said, walking them toward the door.
"What she said. We're gonna stay a little bit longer, We've still got coins to use" Karl said looking down at me to give me a smile. I smiled back and said goodbye to chandler and jimmy before stepping back inside.
Karl and I hopped around the arcade, laughing hysterically at each other and racking up our tickets. When we ran out of coins, i counted my tickets up to see what i could get with them.
I noticed a cute little cow plushie that was 1000 tickets. I wanted it so bad, but i was about 600 tickets short.
I think karl noticed, because he grabbed my tickets and his own and got me the plushie.
"It's so cute look!" I showed him the cow, excited to have it. "thank you K!" i said, smiling at him. He smiled back so warmly it touched my heart.
Karl enjoyed using his tickets for something to make Kylie happy. It brought him more joy than anything in those ticket stands would.
We waltzed outside in the pouring rain. We both ran to his car with laughter and climbed into the our seats.
"I totally forgot it was raining" I laughed. He giggled along with me
My face fell slightly. Cows were my mom's favorite.
"What's wrong?" karl asked, noticing my shift of energy.
"I miss my mom" I muttered. "Cows are her favorite... were her favorite" I glanced over at karl who frowned a bit.
Karl felt bad and wanted to cheer her up.
"I sometimes feel guilty doing fun things without her. Is that stupid?" I let out a sigh before falling deeper into my chair. Karl reached over the middle console and grabbed my hand, squeezing it slightly a couple times.
"Ky your mom would be thrilled to see you enjoying your time. Any emotion you feel isn't stupid. I know your mom loves seeing you happy." Karl said, trying to reassure my feelings. I really appreciated it
He turned his car on and played out of my league.
"I love this song!!" I said, smiling as the intro to the song rang through my ears.
"come on" he said, rolling down his window slightly, just enough to hear the music but not enough for the inside of his car to get wet.
He led me to believe he wanted to dance with me in the rain, to which I let go of any of my insecurities and doubts and let free. We laughed ridiculously hard at each other's horrible dance moves and had the time of our lives.
Before the chorus came on, I put my phone on the rear of his car and recorded us.
"AND YOU WERE OUT OF MY LEAGUE" Karl and I screamed on the top of our lungs.
"ALL THE THINGS I BELIEVED" Karl pulled me close to him quickly by my waist and stared into my eyes, then to my lips. I blushed while trying hard to look away, but couldn't.
He kissed me.

"Yeah, you were more than just a dream" Karl whispered, pulling his lips away and keeping his forehead on my own. He took me immediately by surprise.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him a second time, prolonging the kiss even more.

"'Cause you are more than just a dream" I whispered to him
We laughed and continued dancing around together before I ended the video.
"That's gonna be a cute video" I said, showing him my phone
"and that was the most perfect first kiss I've ever had" He smiled, pulling me in again. Our lips met once more, feeling even more connected than before. Our lips moved perfectly in sync, it's as if they were made to be connected.
