Karl had left me feeling comfortable in his hoodie, one that fit him perfectly but fit me like a dress. I decided to stream for a little bit, just chatting. I feel my fan base deserved some sort of explanation for my leave of absence / my coma, for most of the fans that knew why I was gone.

I set everything up and decided to just wear my blue light glasses and put my hair into a messy bun, leaving the hoodie and shorts on that I already had on instead of dressing up. I felt this was more of a serious talk , one I wouldn't need to dress up for and put on any type of makeup. I felt comfortable with my growing fan base

I started it suddenly, rather than tweeting that I'd be going live. I set the title to "real talk" so people would know it's serious.

The chat rolled away and I smiled happily, watching my viewer count go higher than usual.

"Hi guys! I know I streamed with Tommy a couple nights ago but I wanted to come on real quick and explain what has been going on lately. I want you guys to know that this is going to be a serious stream, so please be kind okay? I'll turn TTS on towards the end in case you guys have some questions okay? I bumped it down to 25 cents for a TTS."

I grabbed my leg and brought it up to my chest as I played my chill playlist on a very low volume.

"Okay so first of all, I want to thank you guys for sticking by my side and supporting me. I cannot even begin to explain how much I appreciate every single one of you little nuggets." I smiled before continuing. "So, as most of you know, and for those of you who don't know, I fell into a coma for just about 9 months." I paused, reading some of the chat before I decided to continue. "I was filming for mrbeast when some legos flew atop of me and one of them happened to land on a part of my head that was weak already as it is, being that part of my brain was compromised ever since I was a child. Basically that part was a soft spot, and it of course, with my luck, happened to be the part that the lego hit. With how far up the legos were and how fast they came down on me, It threw me into a long term coma. one that has been hard to reach out of lately. When I woke up, I felt alone and out of touch. I haven't been able to recruit back into the place and body i was in before this coma, and, well, i stopped taking care of myself. I had to actually stay in the hospital for a month to basically learn how to do everything again. I had physical therapy and tests and all of that crap. And, if my friends are watching, I want to thank everyone who had come to see me during that time. I don't remember any voices but I know you guys were there, so thank you."

I had an incoming call from Karl. He must be watching the stream.

"Hey Karl" I answered, keeping him off of speaker phone in case he wasn't actually watching my stream.

"Put me on speaker." Karl sounded serious.

"okay" I said quietly. I put him on speaker and rose my phone to my mic so the chat could hear him.

"HI CHAT" I heard the voices of the entire crew.

"WE WANNA ADD.." It was now just Jimmy. I started to giggle

"Kylie had gone through hell to be where she is today. Can you imagine falling into a coma and losing 9 months??" Jimmy continued "What we're getting at is PLEASE be kind. We're seeing some rude comments and we won't stand for that!!! Anyways that's all. RAHHHHHH" Jimmy concluded and I heard everyone scream before they hung up.

"That was interesting" I laughed and smiled to my camera, thanking the boys for their addition

"Anyways to basically finish off this story, I can't describe how grateful I am for all of this new stuff on twitch. I mean I just streamed for the first time with Tommy the other day and I'm almost at 100k already. I mean really this means more to me than you know. The support has been absolutely insane lately, and to answer your questions, yes, I look at my requested dms and respond to some."

I turned TTS on to see what question some of them have.

"Georgia446 donated $20: what happened to your parents? How come they didn't visit you?" One read.

"Yo thank you for the 20 Georgia!" I took out my necklace and rubbed it with my thumb before answering her question.

"My parents actually died in a car crash when I was little along with my grandparents. This locket that everyone will see me wearing is my moms. It opens up to a wedding photo from my parents wedding and a photo of my mom holding me as a baby." I opened it up and smiled at the photos before receiving another Dono.

"Ponelope178 donated $3: how have you been feeling?"

"Thank you for the 3, ponelope! I've been feeling a lot better. Karl came over yesterday and kind of helped me through my slump. Karl if you're still here, I genuinely can't thank you enough for that visit. I donnt think I'd be too good right now if you didn't come over." I smiled at chat as they rolled through with messages about Karl being in chat.

"Tommyinnit donated $50: is that Karls hoodie BAHAHAHAHHA"

I laughed. "Thanks for the 50 bitch boy, and yes this is Karls hoodie. Thank you for noticing" I glared into the camera.

"Karolbabe donated $50: I miss you girl"

"KAROL HI!!! My aunt told me you visited me a few months into my coma. I miss you!!! come visit soon" I smiled wide. I miss that girl!

"Okay guys I know it's only been about 40 minutes but I'm actually pretty tired right now, so I'm gonna end the stream here. Goodnight my nuggets! Guess that'll be my new nickname for you guys. It sounds so stupid but I honestly don't have any other ideas" I giggled. "Goodnight guys. I love you so much thank you for the support, really. No way is there a way I can repay you guys for all you've done. Seriously, thank you. Bye!!!" I smiled and waved, giving ranboo a quick raid before checking my stats.

"JESUS I didn't even see I had so many viewers?! 138k average viewers? Wow!" I screamed, excited about my new viewer count.
