The air feels nice on the skin, and the sky is a beautiful, bright blue. It's like nature has reached its peak beauty. Everything around us seems to be coming to life. The sun is shining, casting a warm glow on everything it touches. The trees sway gently in the breeze, their leaves rustling softly.

You can hear the cheerful sounds of birds chirping and kids playing in the distance. It's such a perfect day to be outside, enjoying the wonders of the world around us.

Standing beside Ray, your attention becomes fixated on his camera as he points it at the children at play. Unexpectedly, a bright flash and crisp click draw your focus, followed shortly after by the emergence of the film from the front of the device.

At first, the image appears in shades of gray, but as Ray turns, sensing Emma, Norman, Don, and Gilda closing in, he speaks up, "Let's review."

We gather beside the house, away from the commotion, to have a discussion about our strategy and ensure everyone is on the same page. We take this opportunity to discuss our individual roles and responsibilities.

"During the free time we have after eating lunch, me and Y/n will be distracting mom." Ray says, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed. "Meanwhile, you two," he gestures towards Emma and Norman, "will inspect above the wall."

"Don and Gilda,"  He turns his attention to them. "Stand outside where you can see the second floor window to the south. Stay alert. I'll signal you if we're not able to distract mom and what's when you two tell the others to cancel the inspection."

"According to our original plan, there are six days left, but we have until two and a half months til' I get shipped out. So If things go wrong, we can bail." Ray says. "We do everything in secret and pretend to be controllable."

"Don! You should come play with us!" Mark yells from a distance. "Gilda, too!"

"Sure! Are you ready to play tag?" Don asks as he and Gilda run over to them.

"Ray, we need to talk." Norman says.

-

"What?! Krone found out we can break the tracking devices?" Ray asks as Norman and Emma nod.

As you sit on Ray's bed, you can't help but feel a slightly disconnect from the situation. It seems like there's a lot of background information that you've missed.

"We should move up the escape." Norman suggests. "How soon can you break them?"

Ray's body tenses up, and he lets out a sigh. He reaches down to grab his camera and aims it at Emma and Norman, capturing the moment with a snap.

Emma's eyes squeeze shut, and she lets out a shriek as the bright flash hits her. Norman looks at her and can't help but giggle.

"What even was that?" Emma asks.

Ray takes the picture out as he hands over the camera. "With this, I've got all the pieces I need. I can break them whenever."
