"We're finally getting out of here!"

You and Don dash down the dimly lit hallway, the acrid stench of smoke permeating the air, making your lungs burn. Coughing uncontrollably, you steal a glance towards the dining hall, only to be met with a horrifying sight—the once dining hall now a raging inferno, flames dancing voraciously, devouring everything in their path.

Your footsteps falter as you come to an abrupt stop, your eyes widening in disbelief. Through the thick, swirling black smoke, you strain to make out the figure amidst the chaos.

"Hurry, let's get out of here!" Don urges you, his voice filled with urgency. You avert your gaze, attentively listening to Don's as you obediently trail behind him.

Together, you make your way towards the back exit, the door that leads to the outside. As you step into the open air, relief washes over you, but the lingering smoke still irritates your throat, causing you to cough. You take deep breaths, attempting to fill your lungs with the much-needed fresh air.

"Don't slow down, we gotta keep moving!" Don's voice echoes urgently in your ears.

You let out a grunt, your legs pumping as you push yourself to keep up with Don's pace. The two of you dash through the thick, dark forest. rst.

With a burst of adrenaline, you leap over the fence as you continue your forward momentum towards the towering wall ahead. The cool night air brushes against your skin, heightening your senses.

As you draw close to the wall, a voice breaks through the tension. It's Chris, his eyes widening with relief and excitement. "Hey, Don found Y/n!" he exclaims, pointing towards you with a wide grin on his face.

"Y/n, this is for you." Anna walks up to you, holding out a backpack. You scan the surroundings, seeing that all the kids already wearing identical backpacks.

You mumble in confusion, "Wait..." as you accept the backpack from Anna.

Gilda's voice breaks the silence, "Now we just have to wait for Emma." She gazes into the forest.

You glance down at your open hand, where you see the slightly crumpled photo of Norman and Emma. A tiny frown appears on your face as you do your best to smooth out the creases.

You raise your gaze, making your way towards Don and Ray. "Did you plan all of this?" you ask, curiosity tinged with a hint of disbelief.

Ray speaks up. "Well, actually... it was Norman's idea." he reveals, seemingly surprised himself.

Your body tenses, and you whisper Norman's name in disbelief. "Norman?"

Don nods his head. "Yeah, he wrote a letter to Emma, outlining our escape plan."

You take a moment to look down at the photo of Norman in your hand, a small bittersweet smile forming on your face. 'Norman, you were always two steps ahead of us, weren't you?'

Extending your hand, you offer the photo to Ray. "I'm guessing this belongs to you?" you say, your eyes meeting his. Ray's gaze drops to the photo in your hand, and his eyes widen with surprise.
