I've been staying at Drew's house for nearly three months now and I still haven't heard from my parents, Ms Carla offered to help me find out where they where but I respectfully declined her help it was bad enough Drew was involved.
" Bri hurry up I don't want to be late for school Drew called from downstairs, I just ignored him and finished adding the last touches to my outfit then I waited five minutes until I went downstairs.
" Look who is finally ready Drew said as he walked to his car, " it takes time to look the way I do I said twirling around he just unlocked the car and got in. Drew and I were talking when a car came speeding into us causing drew to hit his head and become unconscious, instead of stopping to see if anyone was hurt the car continued to drive off luckily I was able to get the license plate number before the car completely disappeared.
A small crowd had developed but no one called the police so I rolled down my window and screamed
" The least you could do was Call the Damn cops before taking my phone and calling them myself

" Hi I'd like to report a car accident and I need a paramedic

An officer is on the way
In less than five minutes an officer arrived along with an ambulance I waved them into our direction, paramedics took Drew out of the car and placed him on a stretcher while the police came over to me and took a statement.
Ma'am did you notice anything distinctive about the vehicle ? "The car that hit us was a baby blue Jeep and the license plate number was T5bloq23 and it had Virginia underneath it

" No the windows were tinted I said.
"Thank you for your cooperation if you remember anything else feel free to contact me, I took his card and went into the ambulance with Drew where I called Ms Clara and told her what happen. When we arrived at the hospital Drew's mom was already in the waiting room, when she saw me she ran over to me and pulled me into a tight hug and told me thank you. " You're welcome Ms Carla even though I didn't know Why she was thanking me , " Bri she said but paused when a doctor was coming towards us.
" Are you here for Andrew the doctor asked, we both shook our heads yes and he told Andrew was responding to the medicine they had given him but he was in a coma. As soon as he said that my heart sank into my stomach and I began to cry " Brielle honey stop crying he's gonna be alright she told me as she got up and went over to talk to the doctor more privately.
