The next morning, Hermione woke up early to surprise Draco with a cake that she baked the night before.
Hermione went to Draco’s room but to her surprise, Pansy was there.
“Draco, I know what you’re doing. You’re only dating that ugly mudblood because you wanted to make me jealous weren’t you?” Pansy said.
Draco was furious but he didn’t say anything.
Hermione was shocked upon hearing what Pansy said. As a tear slowly passed through her cheek, the cake fell to the floor as well.
Pansy ran towards Draco to hug him but Draco slapped her.
“How dare you say that?! I never liked you! Just stay away from me and my girlfriend!” Draco shouted.
Pansy ran out of Draco’s room. When she reached the door, she saw the cake on the floor and smirked.
“Poor you… I guess your girlfriend’s going to break up with you. Bwahahaha…” Pansy said.
Pansy laughed an evil laugh and left before Draco could talk.
“Hey wait-”
“I wonder what she meant by that?” Draco said to himself.
Draco kept on wondering so he went to Hermione’s room.
When he got there, Hermione was so furious that she didn’t want to talk with Draco.
“Hermione? What’s wrong?!” Draco asked.
“What’s wrong?! You courted me but you were just using me to make Pansy jealous? How dare you! I hate you!” Hermione shouted.
Hermione removed the ring that Draco gave to her and threw it on the floor.
“Harry and Ron were right! You’ll just hurt me! I hate you so much!” Hermione screamed. She was already crying so hard.
“But Hermione…It was all Pansy’s fault. Please forgive me. I love you and I will never hurt you…” Draco said to calm Hermione.
Draco got closer to Hermione and hugged her.
Hermione stopped crying and calmed down a bit.
“Listen to me…” Draco sighed. “I will always love you now and forever. I will never hurt you. You are my one and only love. Please believe.”
Draco picked up the ring on the floor and placed back in Hermione’s finger.
Hermione hugged Draco. “I’m sorry for overreacting without even listening to your explanation. I just love you so much.”
Draco kissed Hermione on the forehead and asked her to be for tonight.
“I’ll pick you up later. 6:00 pm. Be sure to wear something dainty.”
Hermione just smiled and nodded. “I have to go to Harry and Ron now. We’re going to the park. Wanna come?”
“No thanks. I still have a lot of things to prepare. See you tonight. I love you.” Draco said sweetly.
“Love you too.” Hermione replied.
The two left for the things they needed to do.
Draco went to this romantic spot near the park. The place was gorgeous. It was a small pavilion surround with beautiful sparkling roses. It was surrounded by a lake and it looked a little isolated wherein you can see the moon and stars clearly at night.
It was the perfect dating place. The small pavilion was a family property of the Malfoy’s.
Time passed by and it was already 5:00 pm. Draco immediately went back to his room, took a shower and dressed up. He was handsome.
Draco was fixing his hair when Pansy suddenly entered the room.
“Draco. You’ve broken up with her right?” Pansy asked as she was walking towards Draco.
Pansy got closer and closer to Draco. But Draco pushed her away.
“What the hell?! What’s wrong with you?” Pansy said.
“C’mon Draco. We both know that you’re just using her… So could you stop with the act and break up with your know-it-all FAKE girlfriend?!” Pansy shouted.
“Will you please stop bothering me? I love Hermione and there’s nothing you can o to change that!! Goodbye!” Draco yelled at her.
Pansy just cried and walked away…
Draco was ready and went to Hermione’s room…
