CHUNNIN EXMAS: Finals Preparation

Naruto walked trough the streets of Konohagakura with but nothing but a grim expression on his face. Temari's words still echoed in his head.

'Why did she said all these mean things to me?.' Questions kept popping out in his head. 'Was it really just a lie?..'

"Why are you so surprised?"

"You heard it yourself... that's how much friendship is worth in a world like this..."

"All the bonds we have with these people... with this pathetic excuse of a village... it's all fake..."

"Love only yourself and trust only yourself... the world only wants to hurt people like us."

Yami's (naruto's inner dark self)words were heard loud an clear inside Naruto's head, every sentince came from a different direction; from behind, on his left, on his right, from all directions at once. The boy could feel all the anger boiling up inside him, he could hear his own dark thoughts filling up inside his head. Naruto suddenly stopped walking and shook his head. 'I can't let this feeling consume me, the only thing that matters is my goal... He took out a bottle of pills and swallowed his medicine. I have to find Hatake...'

Naruto knows he has to be prepared, just in case Sasuke loses his fight and he will have to face Gaara instead. Neji didn't worry Naruto as much as Gaara did, but the boy figured that perhaps Kakashi could help him. Naruto knew that Doton(Earth release) takes important part in Jinton(Magnet release), so he'll have to learn some Raiton(Lyghtning release) techniques, because the only technique he knows that involves with that chakra nature is Raikiri, but he can't relay on it. Naruto hates asking Kakashi for any favors, let alone training... but he doesn't have much choice.

Sakura has mentioned that Kakashi could be found in Konohagakure's general hospital where Sasuke's at.

"Hello Kakashi-sensei..." Naruto greeted nonchalantly. "How's Sasuke doing."

"As good as it gets.." Kakashi mumbled.

"Well Sakura will be relieved to know that..." The boy mumbled. "Sensei, there's one more thing I came to ask-No." Kakashi interrupted Naruto, not letting the boy finish his sentence.

"What?! You didn't even let me finish!" Naruto snapped.

"I know what you would've asked me." He closes his book and puts it away. "You want me to help you train for the final exam, but fear not, I've found someone even better than me." He spoke as a man stepped in

"Meet Ebisu..." Kakashi pointed at the man

Ebisu has dark hair and brown eyes, which he usually hide with his sunglasses. It also appears, that he wears the standard Konoha shinobi outfit, albeit without the flak jacket. He also wears his forehead protector like a bandanna.

Naruto wasn't impressed, in fact he was deeply disappointed. Ebisu looked scrawny, Naruto felt his chakra and could easily tell that he's of a mid chunin level. Naruto can tell this person is week.

"You're passing me to him?! I came to ask you specifically!" Naruto persisted.

"Listen... truth be told, Ebisu is even a better teacher than I am." Kakashi spoke.

"That toothpick?!" Naruto turned at Ebisu. "Can you even use Raiton?!"

Ebisu adjusted his glasses. "Nope. Only Katon(Fire release).

"HE'S USELESS TO ME!" Naruto turned back at Kakashi with an angry expression.

"Don't complain. Listen, I have other more important things to deal with, I can't afford wasting my time with you." Kakashi spoke with a hint of anger in his voice.
