"Well, that's quite a greeting." The familiar voice spoke.
Out of instinct, Kageyama reacted, "IT'S NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE---huh?" The person standing at the door had short spiky blonde hair, although it looked like bedhair, it suited him. The usual headphones he had since they met was still hanging on his neck. "Tsukishima?" Kageyama could see his reflection in Kei Tsukishima's large black-coloured-framed glasses as he crouched down on eye-to-eye level.
"Good evening, my fated mate~" Although Tsukishima was speaking in the softest way possible, Kageyama knew whatever business he had here was trouble at one glance. "I'm teasing, I'm teasing~ Stop glaring at me with murderous intent, moron."
"What are you doing here...aren't you supposed to be in America..." The black-haired man narrows his eyes as he picks up the unconscious Hinata in his arms.
"Just paying my beloved a visit---" Tsukishima was cut off as Kageyama turned his back on him and walked towards a door to what looks like their bedroom. He sighs and scratches the back of his head.
"Go away, I don't want to see you." The black-haired guy said from 2 meters away, irritating the blonde one.
"It's not like you're the one I wanted to see, moron. Well whatever, you don't have a choice anyways. You'll be seeing this commoner's face around here for a while." And the metal door slammed shut.
Kageyama didn't understand what Tsukishima was going on about that night until he opened the door later morning. "W-w-w-wha?!" He stuttered as his fingers shook in disbelief. It was a Saturday when he'd pick up the newspaper rolled in rubber band, not a Saturday where he'd see his 'fated partner' whose smell he really hates more than anything. Seeing him at the place he was working at made him feel bad already, that was the day before yesterday, the reason why he was tired and exhausted because he worked harder so as to only avoid blondie's table to serve. Kageyama felt his world crumble when Tsukishima said that he transferred to room 1008, the vacant room beside theirs; making his face sour all over and ended up shutting the door harshly, also forgetting the newspaper. "SHIIITTT!!! If I went back for it, I'd look more stupid!!!" He shouted at himself as he crashed his palm onto his forehead, leaving a reddish hue on it.
Time flew by and it had already got past lunch. Kageyama was still pissed off with the sudden turn of events earlier morning when the sound of the wooden flooring creaked. That afternoon, Hinata finally woke up, later regretting it with the icy glare Kageyama was shooting at him.
"You were like that because you didn't drink your medicine." Hinata apologizes as Kageyama scolded him. "You know you have an abnormal cycle...if I wasn't there, what do you think could have happened to you?" It was the painful fact of being an Omega and having a very very rare sickness, if Kageyama wasn't there, any passerby would go near him and assault him right on the spot.
"I'm sorry...it won't happen again, really. Thank you, Kageyama." The orange-haired boy smiled bitterly whilst he shifted his legs to the side of the bed, stood up, and dragged his feet to the kitchenette they owned.
Hinata was usually bubbly and dynamic in mornings, he would also wake up early normally, but he was not and he did not. This phenomenon worried Kageyama so much, his lower lip was pressing on the higher one and his eyes narrowed down on what seemed to be like an enemy from his imagination. Simply put, he was pouting in absolute defeat.
Shouyou was frying rice on a pan when he felt his lover's soft lips brush against the back of his neck, the adrenaline rushing through his veins. And without any second wasted, Hinata was immediately panting and his face's colour was the reddest it had ever been. "Kageyama..." He tries to say in between breaths as the black-haired person caresses his face gently.
The stove was switched off and the gas tank was closed. The fried rice was still left uncooked in the frying pan and the kitchenette was silent . In the other room, you could hear schlicking, slurping sounds and Kageyama and Hinata's groans which were mixing in a beautiful tornado of melodies.
The door to their bedroom was slightly open, revealing a dark place within the confines of the walls. Kageyama was sitting straight, unaffected by Hinata's weight completely on him as he tugged at his king's shirt, begging for his majesty's tongue to go deeper. "Kage...Kageyama......" The orange-haired boy moaned, feeling the other person's hands get contact with his ever-so-delicate skin underneath the shirt.
With Shouyou's mouth occupied with Kageyama's unbelievable kissing skills and techniques, his body trembles with sparks and burning hot sensations wherever the king's fingers would land as he tried his best to remove each other's clothes without breaking the kiss. It was quite a funny feeling inside because he didn't know if he was scared or nervous or happy because this was the first time they have ever touched in forever a.k.a. since high school graduation.
"Are you....going to be....my remedy....this time..?" The smaller guy breathed. He couldn't think clear, his mind was not bright, it was clouded by thoughts of Kageyama going on top of him and ridding him of his senses.
Then the taller guy put his lips to Hinata's left ear, "Yeah, so be a good boy and let me do everything." He whispered seductively in bass, leaving the other grabbing onto his neck with loss of air.
