so there's gonna be tons of mentions about gun, shooting, violence, and as you see in most chapters there are at least one, which is why i never put a trigger warning in this book. but if the mentions are quite a lot, i will definitely put it.

nini woke up the next day quite earlier than others. it's the day she's finally back on track. she was excited to hold the gun again after awhile, but deep down she was a bit anxious. she didn't know if she's fully healed already from the incident, but no matter what, she had to move on from that.

after getting ready, she got out from her room and went to the kitchen first to make her own breakfast. she's not dumb enough to not eat anything before doing activities that involves gun and might traumatized her and she didn't want to worry people.

she made her go to breakfast, which is nutella and bread with warm water as her drink. she didn't want people to see her, so she ate quite quickly. when she's done, she tidied up the kitchen as if no one were there and head straight to the training room.

she went straight to the shooting room, already preparing the equipments needed beforehand. she turned on the lights and electricity, making sure that everything works normally, since bradley did mention that the shooting room hasn't been used for three weeks.

wearing all the safety equipments, she started getting ready to practice. of course, she had to hold the gun. the gun itself was put on a storage in the shooting room, but to open the storage, there's a passcode so that they cannot just randomly take out the guns.

as nini typed the passcode, nervous and anxiousness filled her mind and heart. when she heard the click sound, signaling that the passcode succeeded, she took a deep breath while closing her eyes before opening the storage.

the storage was opened and it showed many different types of guns. memories of that incident started to fill her mind, but she tried to control herself to not have a panic attack, because she was alone and she knew no one might know she's there already.

it took her a few minutes to calm down, taking deep breaths while wiping her tears away before shakingly taking out one of the guns that is usually used by her.

it was cold and scary. she was frightened inside, but she knew she had to face it if she wanted to move on and have a better life. she gulped nervously as she tried to remember how to hold it properly since she hasn't touch it for the past three years.

her mind was a mixture of the awful memories and the nerve and needs to hold and try using the gun again. in that moment, she knew she was fighting with her own self to reach her current goal, which is to shoot the gun properly.

it took her awhile to focus on herself, the gun, and the target. when she felt like she was focused enough, she approached the spot where she had to shoot the target and aim the gun at the target. while rising up the gun, her whole body was shaking, tears started forming on her eyes, her breath started to come out not so properly.

as expected, bradley looked for her. not long after nini head straight to the training room, the other silvers members started to show up at the dining room and have breakfast. as usual, bradley knocked on nini's door a few times but there was no answer. he decided to just barged in and he was shocked seeing that her bed was neat as if no one slept in before. he panicked at first, but he tried to be positive, thinking maybe nini has gone to the dining room.

when he went there, he saw everyone, but there was no sign of nini. he started to get anxious on nini's whereabouts. the garden suddenly popped out on his mind and he wanted to go there, but ej stopped him.
