It had been a hard day for a young Virgil, the other sides were just too much to handle at times. Morality had good intentions, but he tended to smother him with love. And Remus constantly tried to scare him popping out behind corners and summoning scary monsters to chase him. Logic didn't talk to him all that much. And Princey kept calling him names and teasing him.

There was only one side that Virgil could trust, Deceit. Now that sounds kinda ironic considering his job is literally to be Thomas's deceitful side, but Janus was like a mother figure to him.

He made helped him calm down when he had a panic attack, he cuddled him if he had a nightmare, and he always knew how to calm him down no matter how upset he was.

Virgil was content just being in Janus's comforting arms eternally. Well at least for now that was enough.
