For a moment, nobody said anything. It was quiet, way too quiet. You could hear a pin drop and the silence was annoying her, she just wanted him to react already and get this over with.

"Tough crowd, I see." Olaf said, retracting his hand. He looked over at Elsa who was watching the king like a hawk, waiting for him to do something whereas the king had his eyes on him. He didn't mind the attention though, Olaf lived for it. "Like what you see?" He laughed, winking.

"What the hell, what is that?!" Jack yelled at Elsa, breaking his silence.

She raised a perfectly arched eyebrow, "Um... he's a —"

"Snowman! And I love warm hugs." Olaf finished for her, quite pleased that this conversation was about him.

"Yeah, he's a snowman." Elsa agreed.

Jack looked at her in disbelief, not understanding what was happening. Had he gone insane? How could a real life snowman be right in front of him, talking, moving, breathing. That wasn't even what surprised him the most, the fact that there was a cloud over his head keeping him alive acting as his life support you could say was the most intriguing part.

"Huh, is he now? You don't say..... of fucking course he's a snowman but how is he alive, what's he doing here, oh and most importantly who brought him here?!"

Elsa flinched, she knew she had to tell him the truth now. What other story could she come up with that would justify having a snowman hiding in her closet? It sounded insane even to her.

However, it seemed as if the king was running out of patience because he spoke up once again. "You know what? Forget it. I don't have time for this and if nobody wants to answer then I guess I'll have to get rid of you." He said, looking right at Olaf.

Olaf gasped, "No, please! I've only lived to see the world for a day. Elsa?" He asked, turning to her in hopes of her doing something to save him.

Jack laughed in a bitter manner, "The world is an awful place, you'll thank me later."

He grabbed Olaf's arm but the minute he made contact with the snowman's twig shaped arm, his hand was frozen in place. Jack looked at the block of ice, dumbfounded. At first he thought that his powers were acting up again and he had formed the ice but that wasn't it, he wouldn't have frosted his own hand and the only other person in the room with him was .... Elsa. He looked back at her, catching her arm falling to her side just in the right moment. She did this, she hit him with.... ice. Holy fuck, that meant she did have powers. No way, no goddamn way.

"Don't do anything to him."

Jack had a bewildered look on his face and he wanted answers, needed them. "How did you do that?"

"Don't do anything to him." She repeated. "I'll unfreeze you if you promise not to do anything."

"That's cute." Jack replied, unfreezing his hand from Olaf who had gotten too invested in the exchange going on between the two. "But you're not the only one with powers."

The princess watched the ice slowly form into a pattern of snowflake on Olaf's arm as the king freed his hand. "Now tell me, how did you do that?" He asked in a more demanding tone, completely forgetting about Olaf.
