Like always, Benny Weir was over at the Morgan’s residents. That night Ethan and Elizabeth’s parents were out on a date night, leaving the twins to look after their younger sister Jane.
As Benny arrived at the house, ringing the doorbell, Elizabeth opened the door to be greeted with Benny trying to keep all his snacks in his arms. Some fumbling into the ground.
“Agh- Liz, can you help… me?” Benny looks down as he tried to catch a bag of M&M’s.
“What will we do without you, Benny?” Liz smiles at the boy and she bent down to pick up the things that feel over.
Benny blushes after the girl sent him a smile. If you were to ask Benny if he had a minor crush on Liz, he’d say yes. Growing up with Ethan and Liz was fun, but with teenage hormones kicking in, he found himself taking a small liking on Liz.
Liz on the other hand, thought Benny was a cute and amazing guy, but since they grew up together, she doesn’t see him being a boyfriend figure. She loves him to death, but just not in the same way Benny did.
As Liz grabbed all the snack that fell, she stands back up and moves out of the way to let Benny in. Using her foot to close the door behind them. Walking towards the kitchen to join the boys, Liz looks in the living room to check up on Jane. Hearing the TV and seeing the young girl sat on the floor engaged into the movie she was watching. Liz continues into the kitchen as Benny went over to the table and dropped all the snacks onto the wooden tabletop, Liz doing the same.
“Look at all of this. What did you do, rob an ice cream truck or something?” Ethan looks at all the sweet Benny bought over; excited to stuff himself with everything.
