To her, Todoroki is that typical arcane person in stories. That 'silent yet still attracts attention' type of guy who had a rather difficult past, take Sasuke as another example. To her, Todoroki had that cold heart and he bottles up all of his emotions, he kept hiding them with a stoic face that became his habit in a matter of hours.

But also, he was an unpredictable guy. She's known him for years through that bare window, he was always so negative in terms of expressions.

So seeing him smile that day made her feel accomplished. It shocked her because it was the very first time she saw him smile when in reality, he's been smiling on her shoulder for a short while now. She just didn't notice that.

Because of that, she didn't know what to expect from him anymore.

He can be cold and now, he was starting to get more warm and open with her. The fact that she was the reason why he smiled made something stir up inside her stomach.

Staring blankly at her dinner plate, lost in thoughts, her face reddened and her temperature went flying up to the moon. All she was ever thinking about was a jerk named, Shoto Todoroki.

[y/n] was kicked back to reality when she felt a gentle tap on her cheek. She looked up and ended up staring into a pair of [g/h] orbs with wrinkles beneath the eyes.

[y/n] shook her head and instinctively sent her grandmother a reassuring smile, "I'm fine, grandma."

Suzune, her grandma, sighed contently before continuing her meal. [y/n] then just realized her face was indeed red, and it was all because of a certain half-n-half who left her the image of him with a warm smile.

She grinned innocently at the memory.

"[n/n], dear, your Dad called earlier. He said he and your Mother are coming to visit tomorrow. Isn't it exciting?"

And her smiled dropped.

Her Mom... and Dad..... were coming to visit them?

How unusual of them. For once, she thought they just wanted to spend time with grandma. But the realization immediately hit her.

They just wanted to check on her for something horrible.

"[n/n], are you really okay? You look troubled," Suzune questioned again only to earn a wave of a hand, "There's just so many things in my mind, grandma. I'm fine, really."

"If you say so."

[y/n] gulped and looked down with dark eyes.

Of course, she was not okay.

'Fine' was just another word often used in lies. Everybody should know that already.

A knock was heard behind the other side of the door, causing Suzune's heart to rise. Beside her was [y/n] who was feeling the other way around.

She was nervous; terrified; anxious; and most of all, unprepared. Unprepared of whatever was going to happen between her and her parents. She wasn't aware of this sudden visit until her dinner with her grandma last night. She was feeling more afraid especially that Todoroki has been very busy these past few days. She understood the reason of his missing presence but she can't help but wish he were with her especially at a time like that.
