Fukurodani Academy; Middle school
Okkotsu Yuuta was cursed. He knew that very well.

Four students, including the ringleader, suffer severe injuries in response to their persistent bullying behavior.
"I'm sorry..." Yuuta muttered as the locker door creaks open.
He was curled up in a ball, his eyes watering, muttering apologies to the four students who was stuffed into the locker.
It was late when he realize there was a witness.
The second he looked up he met the unnerving stare of his underclassman.
"Dazai-!"

Dazai Yukiko was one of the smartest students in Fukurodani Academy; combined Middle school and High School.
She was a prodigy.
Given the nickname Devil's Advocate* by the debate club of her school. She has brought pride to their campus ever since her freshman year.
Winning countless of tournaments and the Makiling cup* two years in a row.
Needless to say, Yuuta was intimidated by her.
His homeroom teacher Sugawara-sensei was the advisor of the debate club. And Dazai Yukiko was usually seen delivering newsletters and the club's activity sheets to him.
His whole class knows her.
He thinks she despises him as much as they do, for everytime she visits, she glances at his direction with an unreadable look in her eyes, narrowing her gaze at him before bowing to their teacher and going back to her class.
Now she stood at the door witnessing the rather gory exchange.
"Dazai-" Yuuta wheezes "It's not what you think-"
Rika has made her move.
"Don't glare at Yuuta like that!" She roared stretching her gigantic hand towards the brunette.
Yukiko was unphased.
Yuuta's eyes widen. "Rika-"
The moment the vengeful curse's hand made contact with Dazai Yukiko, bright ribbons of red light surrounded her.
Rika disappeared, Yukiko was unscathed.
The curse may have disappeared but her presence was still somewhat there. Hiding and weak.
The raven haired male stared at his underclassman in shock.
