Yamashita Park, Yokohama was frolicking with lots of people that day. And frankly, no one from the Armed Detective Agency nor the Port Mafia knew why. Thus, a group of detectives along with a few executives were sent to observe.

"Oya?" A smirk made its way towards detective Edogawa Ranpo's face. "What're the Port Mafia boss and executive doing in Yamashita Park in this hour?"

"Hello to you too," Mafia Executive Chuuya rolls his eyes. "We wanted to see what's up with this crowd. It's not everyday everyone gets together to wear pink."

"Speaking of pink..." Detective Nakajima Atsushi adds "Dazai-san, your scarf is pink too " pointing out the loose pink scarf around the brown haired man's shoulders.

"It seems that Yuki-chan replaced all my red scarves with pink ones." Mafia boss Dazai Osamu, nodding gently. "Seems like everyone's motif is pink today."

"I would assume today is some sort of holiday," added Kunikida Doppo—detective— who was flipping pages off his precious notebook and frowning. "But there's nothing in my calendar."

"Excuse me?" A young voice called out, all detectives and mafioso turned to look at a meek looking girl in french braids haul a box in their direction. "Would you like a cupcake?" She asked.

"Ah, no we don't— plan in buying anything..." Atsushi said sheepishly. The girl blinked up at him.

"Buy? Ah!" The girl yelps. "No, no Mister this is free— actually every food and collaterals here in this park right now is free!"

"An economic nightmare." Kunikida grumbles writing furiously on his notebook.

"Not really," the girl replies with utmost confidence. "Everything has been paid and donated by kind volunteers and sponsors!"

"So it's legit free?" Atsushi's eyes widened.

"Sweet! Can I have some?" Ranpo grabs two cupcakes from the girl's box. "thanks a lot!"

The girl smiled warmly at them. "Please help yourselves and have fun here at our mini-rally! Every person of every color is welcome!"

"Dazai-san, Chuuya-san?" Both mafioso turned to see Tokyo Jujutsu Technical's first year students, Itadori Yuuji, Fushiguro Megumi, and Kugisaki Nobara.

The trio bowed respectfully at the older group and joined their endeavor around the park wearing their respective pink themed clothes.

"Yukiko told me it's a free for all fashion event." Answered Kugisaki when asked upon why they are here.

"She just told me to wear pink and come here." Fushiguro frowns. Clearly unable to decipher the "code" (there was none) his brown haired classmate sent him.

"I was told there will be free food and entertainment" Itadori smiles, thanking as person as they offered him a batch of cookies.

"The president received an anonymous notice that some sort of event will happen here today " replied Kunikida. "Thus, he sent all the agents who were free right now. Me, Atsushi, and Ranpo-san."

"Even I'm having trouble deducting the event with my ultra deduction." Ranpo pouts as he grabs a cake pop from a stand while waving at the boy who offered him the sweet.
