It was a early in the morning and people were rushing on the streets of Tokyo. Adults going to their jobs, students going to school... It seemed to be a normal occurence and a normal view to those who can't see the curses; the inner darkness birthed from negative human emotions.

A dark blond haired man entered a small and pristine cafe in his usual attire which is a business suit, as he was a former salary man.

Nanami Kento was his name, and he is a first grade jujutsu sorcerer.

The man scanned the premises of the cafe before spotting a familiar man with long dark messy hair that reaches his shoulders.

His sharp purple eyes were closed in content as he hums, sipping the tea in front of him.

Nanami approaches the table the man was sitting at.

"I didn't think you'd contact me so suddenly, Fyodor-san." Nanami said grimly.

The ravenette opened his eyes, his sharp purple irises meeting the hidden gaze of the bespectacled man.

"Hm~ I didn't think you'd actually come Nanami-san." Said Dostoyevsky.

"Come, have a seat." He invited. "Let's have some tea shall we?"

The complained about the same thing to the management. The auto lock on the automatic doors were unlocked. However none of the other residents noticed.

Four first years and one auxillary manager.

"All the dates and locations are different." Said Fushiguro as Itadori and Kugisaki leaned over the tablet he was holding.

"Did they really get killed by the same spirit?" He questioned.

"According to the report," Answered Yukiko who sat on the passenger seat next to the driver. "apparently the curse was triggered by something."

She leaned onto the window watching as other cars and vehicles pass by.

She was still unfortunately wearing the cast.

"High possibility that it was triggered by the same curse that manifested over the years." Said the brunette.

"By the way, Yukiko." Itadori leaned towards her seat grinning. "Not that I'm discouraged having you with us today, but aren't you supposed to be recovering or going on solo missions?"

"Yokohama victim." The blue eyed girl pointed out, turning to the trio who had their attention on her. The man who had the same first name as the Mafia boss.

"Dad said he's a high ranking mafia officer. Maybe under an executive I dunno." Yukiko explained.

"Atsushi-san was originally assigned for the case— since it was an alleged murder." Yukiko summarized

"However, dad managed to pull some strings and dropped it onto me instead." The female sighed dramatically leaning onto the chair with her right arm over her forehead.

"I'm neither a mafioso nor a detective~" she whined. "I'm so telling this to Nanami-san and Kunikida-san"

"Quit whining and just accepted it already." Grumbled Fushiguro. "Besides it's too late for us to go back now."
