Love At Last

I love you too

Ms. Paulson held you in her arms for a few minutes in silence. You never wanted her to let go. You broke the silence finally saying "T-thanks." You look up at her and you can see she's holding back tears. You stand up and thank her again "I um- I need to go." You say and start to walk off.
"Y/n, wait." Ms. Paulson says grabbing your hand. "We need to talk." She says. You look up at her and try to release your hand but she was holding on tight.
   "Fine." you say as you feel her grip around your hand loosen a little. "Maybe we should talk back at my place, it's kind of chilly." She says gesturing to the direction of her car. "Sure." You say keeping your words to a minimum.
   The ride to her house was silent but when you finally arrived your eyes widened. "Your house is very nice." You say and Ms. Paulson smiles.  "Thanks y/n" She says showing you to the door.
   "Would you like anything to drink?" She asks. "No thanks." you say still shook up from what had happened earlier.
   She leads you to her living room and she sits down on the couch. You sit at the opposite end. You are both staring into each others eyes. God she's so beautiful. You think.
   Ms Paulson breaks the silence. "So what happened back there?" she asks putting her soft hand on yours with a concerned look on her face.
   "Well I was passing time waking around town and those boys came to bother me. I tried to run away but they cornered me." You say with tears forming in your eyes. "They said they were going to..fuck me straight" You says and tears start to fall. You can tell Ms Paulson was holding back her own tears trying to be strong for you.
   "Thank you for showing up when you did Miss." You said looking down at your lap. Ms Paulson squeezes your hand "Of course dear. But please, call me Sarah out of school." She says and you nod.
   "I think you know the other thing I wanted to talk about." Sarah says giving you a soft look. You felt yourself starting to tear up again.
   "I-I-" You say as you started to cry. Sarah looks at you and hold your chin up with her finger. Looking you deep in your eyes she says "I'm always going to be here okay. I love you." Those words took you by surprise. I mean yeah you liked her but never in a million years did you think she would love you, even if it's just in a friendly way.
   You're still looking into her eyes as you slowly inch closer putting your lips on hers. After a few seconds she kisses you back. You pull away for a second for air and the meet her soft lips again. You put your legs on each side of her, now sitting on her lap, never breaking the kiss. She placed gentle kisses down your neck and you quietly moaned. You look her in the eyes again and say "I love you too, I love you so much."
