I Feel Sorry For Her

Dahyun's POV

I was looking outside the window and everything we pass by but it was hard to see as the snow was really strong. I was sitting next to Momo unnie and she just keeps offering me her snacks.

"Do you want one Dubu?" She asked and I looked at her, holding out a snack.

"No thanks unnie" I smiled and she nodded before she continued eating.

I felt her lay her head on my shoulder and I continued staring outside and the places we pass by. We were in a field trip to Nami Island in the winter. I was bored because I couldn't do anything.

I stood up for a second to see what everyone is doing. I glance at where Malcolm was sitting to see him and Chaeyoung watching something in his phone while she head was on his shoulder. I quickly sat back down and sighed.

I continued my sightseeing until I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned to see Momo, who was still eating her snacks.

"Yes unnie?" I asked and she swallowed the food in her mouth.

"You okay?" She asked and I gave her a confused face.

"Why wouldn't I be?" I replied.

She took something from her bag and held it out. It was her favorite snack that she ate all the time. I tilted my head and she signaled me to take it so I did.

"Eat it" She smiled so I followed her.

I ate it and it tasted really good. I gave her a smile and giggled. She took another one from her bag and ate with me.

"Heechul oppa gave me his favorite snack whenever I felt sad and it made me feel better" She explained and I nodded.

Well...it did make me feel better

"Thank you unnie" I smiled and she smiled back.

"Well...do you want to talk about it?" She asked and I hesitated for a bit but I could trust her with a secret.

"I...like someone" I said in low tone and Momo looked like she was about to scream so I covered her mouth.

"Don't be loud" I shushed her and she nodded.

"Who is it?" She whispered and I thought about it first if I should tell her.

"I like...Malcolm-ah" I said and her eyes widened.

"Shh...don't tell anyone" I said and she nodded.

"You like him?! But doesn't he already like-" She said.

"Yes, I know" I cut her off and sighed.

"Aww...I'm sorry Dubu" She frowned and I gave her a sad smile.

"It's okay..." I sat straight and slouched a bit.

"Maybe you can confess to him before he confesses to Chaeyoung" She suggested and I thought about it.

I was really confused on my feelings. I only had a small crush on Malcolm for a while now and I keep asking myself why I feel this way whenever I would see him Chaeyoung.

Does he even like me back though?

I sighed and leaned on the window. It took a bit but I managed to drift to sleep.

"Okay class, We're here. Remember to stick with your partner" Our homeroom teacher announced and I slowly wake up.
