"Penelope?" Hope said as she walked closer, "hey hope, how's it going?" penelope opened her arms for a hug but hope stepped back, "you left me, like everyone else, you turned your back on me, why are you here now?" penelope sighed "look hope, i'm sorry, okay?" she said genuinely meaning it, "sorry isn't going to do it penelope, we've all moved on with our lives, i have new friends and a new girlfriend, i don't want any part in this friendship, if you can even call it that." hope turned away and walked back to her room which maya was still sat in, looking at the wedding preparations, "maya put that down, we have a code pp" maya laughed, "this isn't the time to be joking, penelope park is down there." mayas expression grew blank, "what." she shouted, less of a question and more of statement. "that bitch, she doesn't leave you and then come back, that's not how it works!" she paced up and down in her room, "okay so what do we do?" maya asked as she sat on the floor looking up at hope, "we throw a party."
Josie was in the office with her dad when penelope arrived, it hadn't even been a night and alyssa had spread the news about hope and her. "dad, why is penelope park here?" she said cringing at her name, "well, uh, she's back!" he said throwing jazz hands, "oh?" she said as a reply. "well, I'm going to...go now." she said slowly backing out of the room, she knew how good friends hope and penelope used to be so she went up to her room, "hey, are you okay?" she said knocking on the door, when she opened it she saw maya on one side with the wedding plans and hope on the other with plans for the party, "oh hey Jo, come in." she walked in and sat next to her, "why are you planning a party? and Maya were you planning a wedding with my sister," Maya looks up, a sandwich stuffed in her mouth, "no." she replied with a slight muffle because of the bread, "I need a break from all of this, Penelope deserves to see how happy i am, with you." maya pretended to throw up, "ugh love...okay i'm going to do some more planning with lizzie, did you know your sisters incredible josie?" josie looked at maya, "yes? i think so?" she said not sure. she looked at the party hope was planning and lay her head down on her shoulder, "why couldn't it just be like this forever?"
