"Gruncle Ford!" I shout before I can stop myself, the words coming quicker than rational thought. I run into the room, the crowd full of past victims and friends, the lump in my throat almost stops me, yet I know I can't let this go on. I learned to let go, yes, it hurt, but if we can't forget and move on, are we not only continuing the pain? "Please, I cry, my voice coming weak and exhausted. I want to say something, it has to do with the fainting and im so sorry ford... I went into the forest, and I saw the multi-bear. He was so corrupt, and he could barely speak, please..."I feel my vision cloud as the breaths won't leave my lungs fast enough. "Okay, kid, well, listen. Stan sighs with a worn and tired smile. "Stan!"Ford shouts, "Can it! " He says before staring at me. Gathering my breath, I take a shaky breath before continuing, "So, I've gathered the gist of what you're planning, and I partly agree, but what does this anger and fear do with helping us!" I say, looking at all their reactions. " And what would you say if I found a way to fix this and could guarantee an end to all of this?"

Mabel steps forward. "I want to listen, dipper, I really do, but how can you know a way? I'm scared, and I only want this to stop. I admit I've been so selfish, and I haven't given you the sister you deserved." A small flicker and I can relax again." I found a way and there's a change that will lead to a better end, I want to show you something," taking a big breath, "Bill," I say, and in a puff of blue flame, he appears Gasps ring out and i see all of them grabbing their weapons " Dipper get away from that monster!" Jumping in front, I shout, "You promised!" in the silence of my outburst, "I trust you..." I see as Mabel steps out and blocks our gruncles from moving. "The reason I started all this...I kept feeling myself sleeping, and it started after I got lost in the forest...eventually, I learned to trust what was happening, and now you see him, he is tied to the place, trapped and controlled in how much he can affect this, but now we have a steady conduit to the fractures. Everything will go back to normal, and I helped him do it, to have this corporal shape." I'm not sure what more I could say to make this right or to defend my actions.

Bill's POV:

"You don't know how long this fascination he has will last....you think he'll always love you. Dipper will grow up and find love with someone who will grow old together. Bill...is crazy, dipper please" I want to burn this stupid girl, how could she even think I'd let go of him. She thinks this talk is scaring me or making me doubt my actions!?. "Whàţčh wHąț ýøü §āY!" I warn her.

If he didn't care for this awful thing, I'd have ended her life in seconds.
"remember Star I don't need to put alot of effort in it to destroy you! You think you can manipulate any situation? I've been around longer and doing what you do for years. After all which idiot fell for my tricks some summers ago..." I say, speaking like I'm noting the weather as she blushes, I hope she's shamed but I'm not done. "oh! by the way, your thoughts are projecting a little too strongly" scoffing in disgust while internally smirking at this small victory, but surely it won't be the last "I dont thin you even know half of what he was carrying from you parasites he calls family!" I leave her shaking with fury and humiliation.

She wants to talk down to me, to imagine me planning on breaking his trust, when shes been the worst pain he had to carry around. "I have class after all," I say, admiring my reflection. "Wow that's a big ego" I hear laughter and smile knowing instantly its him. "Why, Pinetree, I have every right to be smug. This is the man of your dreams." Wagging my eyebrows, I do enjoy hearing him laugh and seeing the small blush. Makes sharing space with his family inconsequential to his presence beside him.

His laughter keeps me floating, keeps the void from closing around me. His petty family is simply a bunch of little, annoying bugs, easily gotten rid of if necessary. Leading my love away from his infuriated sister, leaving her to fester in her bitter jealousy of what I earned. Smiling, knowing she's never been told no, like she's all that, I scoff cause I know she's nothing. Perhaps when she was younger, she had something, but now I see that the fatality of mortals, the greed and ego, will always be our downfall. It happened to Ford and seems to be happening to Star, hopefully she crashes away from my pinetree.

"Look, I admit I've been exactly what he says, I was a horrid and cruel person, but I will always love you, Dipper, and I realize where I went wrong. I gave up on trying, on letting the hard stuff break me." Shes in tears, and all I can do is scoff at the blatant use of tears. "Please? You haven't done any real growth; you'll go back to your normalcy. Humans can't help but need comfort," she runs up to me, shouting, "Shut up! You're a disgusting monster who should go back into that rock, you absolute lunatic! Dipper would never dare to stand beside you, you're the worst one out of all of us!"

Back to Dippers POV:

I stare as all the chaos soon erupts, shouting and fire, the accusations, and eyes full of disappointment. I watch as my family and Bill argue, the words getting harsher, and soon it all sounds like I'm trapped in a box. Please just stop. I only wanted this to work out, for everyone to be happy. I feel the tears pour down, and I feel the air begin to fade again as I watch the chaos continue. I feel so trapped. Why did I actually think it would? Soon, I see it all get smaller, and before I know it, I'm running again.

I don't know what to do anymore. I run into the forest and feel a calm that pulls me back to childhood, a part of my life that will always remain the most vivid, I think back to the start of the summer and cant help comparing, i thought this place ws what made me happy but maybe it was all just a distraction, a old toy that eventually had to be put away. Love, what does it mean? All I've ever had is a chaotic, hurtful ache. countless times I've felt forgotten, long unsure of who I am, where do I step. Time has helped, but it still hurts. I've wished so many times for anyone to listen. kept a small flame waiting for something I can't remember. Time keeps going, and still I'm unsure your love was just a delusion.
