Gratsu oneshots!

Vanilla Twilight

Hello guys! This is really short, and for that, I apologize. But! I also want to address a few quick things, but I didn't want to just have an author's note and nothing else, soooo enjoy this little thing!

Natsu sighed and looked up to the sky, smiling slightly as he recalled his boyfriend's words,

"No matter what, we'll be looking up at the same stars."

Natsu's smile turned sad the longer he gazed at the sky, tears pricking at the corners of his eyes. What he wouldn't give for a drink to remove the weight sitting heavily on him, almost weighing him down.

Maybe then he could finally doze off, though he'd still be missing Gray's arms around him. The memory of cold arms being enough to keep him away missing and longing for the real thing.

If Natsu could he'd send a postcard detailing how much he wished Gray was beside him.

Natsu would watch as the dark, night sky gently and gradually brightened to a light blue, he remembered watching the stars with Gray.

The two had laid on the soft grass until they had to get a blanket because of ants, and just stared at the stars. Both pointing out constellations, softly whispering in each other's ears.

But, tonight was quiet, it took two to whisper quietly. But, the silence wasn't too bad, it wasn't until Natsu looked down at his hand where Gray's own had fit so perfectly that Natsu felt a deep sadness engulf him.

He'd find repose in new ways, even though he hadn't actually slept in days. The cold feeling of nostalgia sinking in and chilling him to the bone making it impossible to sleep.

He had moved to the pond after giving up on getting any sort of rest, sitting up and hugging his knees to his chest, he watched as the soft wind made the water gently ripple.

Natsu's mind filled with thoughts of Gray, at least when he thought of him, he didn't feel so alone.

Every time his eyes closed all he could see was Gray. No matter if it was because he was attempting to sleep, or just blinking.

Even after Natsu finally got to be where he wanted, forgetting the cruel world that he knew, he knew he wouldn't forget him.

Natsu sighed sadly, his lips twisting in a sad smile if only his voice could reach back to the past, closing his eyes, a stray tear falling, "Oh, darling, I wish you were here."

"Seriously, Natsu? I wasn't even gone that long."

AND! For the few that left questions on the Q&A: theblackdragon17 My favorite character is Natsu! Uhm, I'm not too sure why I like Natsu more than I like the other characters...

Animeweebpersonslife My least favorite character -which means they are a favorite- would be Gray. 
The scene that made me the maddest, well all that I can think of right now is, in like the second episode /when I first watched this I was a dub watcher oop/ Lucy, Natsu, and Happy were in the train, and Lucy had said something like 'JuSt AnOtHeR rEaSoN tO fEeL sOrRy FoR yOu' and in the manga, she had said, "I pity you" that just made me mad.
