I jolted awake early the next morning... My whole body was shaking and I felt like I was going to be sick... These nightmares are really getting to me...
I looked up at Jack, he was still sleeping. I carefully got up and got dressed... Maybe some training would calm my nerves... It sometimes does... It helps me get my mind off of things...
I silently left the room and walked down the stairs into the darkness to the training room. Once I got there, I turned on the lights, they seemed blindingly bright. I shielded my eyes for a brief moment until my eyes adjusted to the light before I stretched as I walked towards the treadmill, yawning quietly.
I started running in silence for a while... I was thinking about the CPH... Rose... Jack... Jason... Everything...
I'm not sure how long I was running for but after a while, I got off of the treadmill and sat down in the middle of the room and started doing some yoga... I wasn't feeling much better though...
I tried some different yoga positions to stretch my muscles and calm my nerves... Still nothing...
I sighed before standing up and heading to the door. I went to go turn off the light when I froze... My vision blurred and my surroundings changed...
I looked behind me and saw the training room from the government building I had been training.
Why the hell was I back here...?
A hand suddenly gripped my shoulder... I spun around and saw... Him...
"Kira, what are you doing here so early?"
I stayed silent, staring at him... But he was dead... I killed him... Didn't I?
"...Kira?"
I shook my head furiously, backing away from him.
"N-No... No... No, no, no!!!"
I backed against the wall as much as I could as he slowly stepped towards me.
"Kira, what's going on?"
My legs were shaking beneath me, I couldn't remember what I did wrong this time... What did I do wrong...?
He stepped closer and I continued to shake my head.
"Don't hurt me..." I begged in a desperate attempt to get mercy from him
"...Why would I hurt you...?" He asked as he put a hand on my shoulder again
I flinched and sunk down to the floor, hiding my head in my hands. I curled into a ball, tears streaming down my cheeks.
"P-Please... I'm so s-sorry..."
He didn't say anything... All was silent apart from my sobbing...
"Kira... I don't know what's going on... But I'm not going to hurt you..."
I felt him put a hand on my arm before it all went black...
"Kira... Kira can you hear me?" I heard someone next to me
I slowly opened my eyes... The light was blinding and everything was blurry... I could make out Lord Zalgo looking down at me.
"Kira, can you hear me?"
"Y-Yeah... What happened...?"
"I found you here and it was like you didn't even recognise me. You started crying and then you blacked out... Are you alright?"
"Yeah... I'm fine.."
"No, what is going on?"
"Nothing..." I said as I slowly sat up
