I jolted awake the next morning and winced as a sharp pain filled my back. Damn CPH and their whips...
"Babe, you ok?" Jack asked, yawning
"If you want a positive response, let me reply to you after I get painkillers..." I said through grit teeth, trying to block out the stinging pain in my back
"Really that bad, huh?" He looked at me
"You could say that..."
He kissed my cheek. "Let's get you some painkillers, ok?"
I nodded and slowly sat up, my back was stinging and it was just a pain to move.
I sat up and carefully stretched before I remembered, Rose. I basically ran out the room down to her room, ignoring the pain in my back the best I could.
I slowly and quietly opened her door in case she was asleep and sighed in relief... She was still asleep, safe and sound.
At that moment, Jack ran up to me.
"Kira, what is it?!"
"Shhhhh," I giggled quietly. "She's still sleeping."
Jack chuckled as he shook his head and we walked back out and started heading to the kitchen.
"You panicked, you thought they'd taken her, didn't you?" He looked at me
"Yeah... I did..."
He carefully wrapped an arm around me and moved his mask, kissing my cheek.
"It's ok, she's safe and that's all that matters."
"I know, thank you babe."
I saw his smile before he replaced his mask.
"Come on, let's get you some painkillers and something to eat."
I sighed as the thought of Jeff came into my mind.
"Alright... Let's get this over and done with..."
We walked down to the kitchen and I looked around the room.
Slenderman was making breakfast. Helen, Jane, BEN, Jeff, Hoodie, Masky, Ticci Toby and Clockwork were sitting at the table having their own conversations.
All conversations stopped when we walked in. My eyes immediately went to Jeff. He looked at me awkwardly as I gave him a serious yet blank stare.
BEN broke the silence by starting to clap. I let my gaze drift over to him and he slowly stopped clapping again.
I took a deep breath sitting down at the table.
"What's for breakfast Slenderman?"
"Bacon and eggs child." he replied calmly
"Sounds delicious." I smiled a little
"Would you like me to go see Smiley to get your pain medication for you?" Jack asked, coming up behind me
"If you could that would be amazing."
"Yeah, no problem." he moved his mask and kissed my cheek. "I'll be right back babe."
He left the room, putting his mask back and I looked around the table again.
Everyone was avoiding looking at me... Everyone... Except Jane... She was staring at me with a smirk on her face.
I sighed, what the hell did she want now?
"Yes Jane?"
"Pain medication, huh?" She giggled
