After our breakfast we collected all the stuff we would need for a day inside.
Grabbing our books, water and blankets, we made ourself comfortable on my bed. Other people would maybe have said that it's boring to spend a day reading in bed. But to me it was like a timeout, I didn't have for a long time.
Namjoon leaned against the headboard of my bed and my head was placed on his warm strong stomach when I finally finished The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle.

"Alright, this book is confusing and I don't like Toru's wife." A smirk on his full lips and his cute dimples appeared, when he closed his own book and put it down on the mattress.

"Why don't you like her?" A muffled sound escaped my mouth and I raised my brow.

"Because she obviously thinks that, just because her husband cheated on her, it is completely fine to cheat on him too. And then she even leaves him without an explanation. She is an absolute hypocrite." There was bitterness in my voice and Namjoon smiled while he stroked my hair back.

"So, you think she shouldn't have left him?" I bit my lower lip and closed my eyes, trying to ignore my pounding heart, by focusing on the topic.

"Well, they married and loved each other. To marry someone isn't just a little game, it is a promise and just because her husband broke a promise, she seems to think it is fine to do the same. What about her own honour? She is the same as him and even worse because she leaves without explanation." As I opened my eyes, a pair of dark brown eyes were observing me.
Heat was rushing through my body and caused my hands to start sweating.

"You look cute when you talk about books." My cheeks blushed immediately and my heart seemed to skip some beats, when his hand gently touched my cheek.

"Joon ..." His dimples appeared at the sound of my husky voice.

"You're confusing me." Out of context I furrowed my eyebrows, Namjoon's hand explored my face and his deep voice was filling the silence again. "Usually, we are enough for each other. We are family. We don't really have time for finding love and promised to try to avoid those issues. Not that we are allowed to date anyway. But since your stubborn head stretched my leg, I always have to think about the curves of your lips." The touch of his fingers wandered to my full lips and made them burn and tingle, while my breath was shaking.

"You're not allowed to date?" It was barely a whisper, but the man was just smiling with beautiful dimples I just wanted to touch.

"They never said it explicit, but the fact that only married women and even more men are working around us makes it obvious. And if it is about needs, we don't have to love." I felt the blood rushing into my cheeks and Joon's hand followed the heat.

"But you are just so ... alluring, when you are angry as well as when you don't like a fictional character. The way you keep always going and try to take care of us, even when Jimin gave you a little bit of a hard time ..." I closed my eyes and savoured the feeling of his touch before I got up. There was just no way how this could end well.

"Joon stop ... you said it yourself, you're not allowed to date." The expression in his eyes became sad and he looked out of the window, before he answered.

"So, you feel it too. If you would have said, you don't feel this way..." With closed eyes I swallowed hardly, and in my head I scolded myself for saying that. Denying would have been the right answer. Would have fixed the issue right away.

"Munhee," he turned his head in my direction again, "I don't know what this is. You're driving me crazy, on New Year's Eve after our fight? All I wanted to do was kiss you. These stubborn full lips which keep arguing about me." A sassy smile was on his lips, and his gaze was challenging me to argue. But all I did was standing up from the bed and leaving the room.
