"Okay Guys last concert of the tour, let's do it!" RM called for the other members of their group, so they could go to the lift under the stage. I was busy checking on the functions of the microphones when I realised that Suga's wasn't answering the signal.

"I need a new mic over here, number five isn't answering." Right after ordering the new one I checked on the others, which were all working perfectly. One of the staff members brought the new microphone and changed it with the one Suga wore. Without lifting my gaze from the tablet in my hands, I stated "Two more minutes."
The boys did their usual ritual and went on the stage, beginning with the Idol performance. During the concert I already had a look at upcoming meetings and tasks I needed to do, before I called the staff for the clothes change.

"Ready?" Everybody agreed and the members came in. The first group included J-Hope, Jungkook, V, and Jin, they changed in more comfortable and less slim outfits. Next were Suga, Jimin and RM, who kind of looked stressed out. But that wasn't unusual. My gaze was on my watch when the tall leader stepped out of the changing area and stiffened. He hissed and leaned against the wall, a few seconds later Jimin was with him.

"What's wrong?" RM's jaw clenched and he hissed just the word cramp. We were running out of time and I went over to them.
"Jimin, Suga go back on stage, he will be there in a minute." The smaller one bit his lip before he nodded and went back on stage. I put my tablet away and helped Namjoon sit down.
"Alright, this will probably hurt but you need to get back up and then we will take care of the muscle later." My gaze found his brown eyes and he nodded in agreement.

Before I became a staff member of BigHit I had learned physical therapist, therefore I knew that my plan wasn't exactly right but it would work. My fingers found a hold on his ankle and then I pulled his leg in an upright position against my hip. The young man hissed again but then his body relaxed. This wasn't going to last long.
"No hard dancing. Keep your muscles moving but without overstraining. Walk around or sit down at some point, because soon it will hurt again. After the concert you ask for me, we have to take care of your leg." He took a deep breath and stood up slowly.

"What is your name again?" I rolled my eyes and answered.

"Munhee, and now hurry up. You only made it halfway through the concert." The group's leader nodded and walked back on stage while I made gestures for him to hurry.

During the second half of the concert I always had a look at him, but the joy they felt performing here in Seoul made me smile. There was no language barrier and everybody could fool around and just easier interact with the fans.
Ten minutes before the show ended RM and Suga came back to get some water, I took the chance and asked how RM was feeling. He took a deep breath but he was obviously tense.

"The muscles start burning and cramping again." Together the three of us walked back to side of the stage but we stayed out of sight for the audience.

"Sit down on the edge of the stage as much as possible. Don't overstrain your leg."
As soon as I advised him, I started organising the way back to the hotel, so that everybody's stuff was ready to go. The idols only would need to change.
Walking through the backstage area, I tried to organise everything I normally did when the group was gone. Usually I would stay behind and check on the staff responsible to gather the equipment. But that day I needed to take care of Namjoon's leg, stretching that muscle without massage will need quite a lot of rest. Which would annoy the hell out of him for sure.

At the end of the concert, I was talking to the staff members about the organisation of the equipment, when I heard the voice of my assistant in my headset.

"Munhee, RM is asking for you." Amara was a British student who got the job through a long time of application. The company involved me in the hiring process and the young girl was the only applicant without any further experience. When I insisted on hiring her I was declared stupid. But to everyone else's surprise she did very well. She just needed a chance to prove it. Amara became my backup, a fact that calmed me down a bit.
