Around two at night I decide that I could go home, I turned off the light and made my way down to the lobby. There I got myself another coffee and had a look on the office schedule.
One of the studios was still at work, so I went upstairs and looked for the room number, which was the studio of Namjoon.
When I knocked there was no response, so I opened the door and the young Rapper was sitting on his computer with headphones on. Just for fun I walked behind him and took his headphones. Beats and piano chords filled my ears and I saw him curiously looking at me, instead of taking them away from me. As the music ended, I took the headphones off and put them on his desk."How do you like it?" His question was truly interested and I thought for a moment about it.
"I really like the piano, the beats are very different but I think with the right voice it could be a very good song." His lips separated and he whispered something before he wrote it down. Then he turned around and pointed on the sofa next to the door where I sat down. "You're working very late." Namjoon's response was accompanied by a suspicious grin.
"Could say the same about you." I closed my eyes and noticed the sleepiness crawling in my bones, then I took another sip of my coffee and answered.
"You guys keep me quite busy. Especially now, if I also have to work out the schedule for your regular days." The purple haired leaned back and asked why Jungkook stayed with me.
"Because we wanted to have a hot make out session, and some time alone." With red cheeks, his jaw dropped and his eyes widened before I started laughing at him."Just joking. He is far too young and more like a little teddy bear I would like to cuddle all day. Actually he wanted to see what I am doing and tried to help me. He is a quick learner." Joon shut down the computer and came over to sit on the sofa with me.
"Jungkookah is pretty good in everything he touches, so it is absolutely no surprise to me." His cheeks were still red when he bit on his lower lip and asked a unexpected question. "Do you actually have a relationship?" His gaze was fixed at the ceiling when he put his feet on the wooden table in front of us.
"Only if the marriage with my work at Big Hit counts. Why are you asking?" Namjoon nervously chuckled and looked on the hands in his lap.
"It's just, you live in this big house. So I thought you're probably not alone and living with someone."A deep sigh came out of my mouth and I closed my eyes, before I leaned forward and put my elbows on my knees.
"I think it is a little bit like your case, maybe a silly comparison but I can't think of something else right now. As long as you guys are single, women will easier fancy you and your music. But you love your job, right? And you would be sad if your music is less successful just because of a woman. I love my job too. You and the fans enjoy the events I organise, and that makes me unbelievably happy. If I tell men about my job they don't react very well, because that means I am not at home that much, especially if you are going on tour." The silence after my explanation was really comfortable and each of us was caught in his own thoughts.
"We love music and the job we are doing, but sometimes I have the feeling that I miss out on normal things. Like dating a random person. It's even more strange to see how deep our relationships within the band are." This time when I looked at him, he was staring at the ceiling again. His cheekbones looked quite soft and his lips were open again. Namjoon was really attractive, but less obvious than the rest of the members.
"You miss dating random people? The last random guy I dated was in his late twenties and asked me to marry him right after the main course." The confession made my cheeks burn and I felt a sudden glance on me.
"You are kidding again, right?" With pressed lips I shook my head, before I started giggling and he laughed. "Maybe I should overthink the random dating thing." I agreed in that point and I grabbed his wrist with the watch on it.
