The days had gone by, (Name) was bored of staying in the same room. The hospital staff had been checking on their every few hours, asking if they needed anything, they said no. Whenever the staff checked on them, the staff always asked them that question, they understood why the stuff needed to ask, but in truth, the only thing (Name) wanted to do was to go home. Then, something popped into their head. They sat up eagerly, looking around, they saw conveniently placed crutches next to their bed. (Name) laughed evilly.
Perfect.
They reached out for them, grabbing them. They placed them under their shoulders and got up, (Name) didn't really know how to use crutches, but they're willing to trying. They used them to maneuver themself to the door, carefully using their hand to reach out for the door, and twisting the doorknob to open it.
They peeked their head out, the hallway was somewhat empty. There were nurses, but they were busy helping out another patient. Theh used the opportunity to leave their room and look around the hallways, looking for a room that said Eri's name. They wouldn't be in this hallway because they heard Midoriya and their father saying that she's in isolation.
Which hallway would she be in?
(Name) looked around the halls some more, they looked at a few doors, seeing if there's anything that had Eri's name next to the door. Eventually, they found it. The individual knew that they shouldn't even be out of tbekr room in the first place, one, they're not allowed to leave the room by theirself, and two, Eri's in isolation, but (Name) was willing to risk it just to see the bean.
Opening the door, (Name) slowly opened the door, big red eyes met with (eye color) eyes. A quiet gasp comes from Eri's mouth, immediately freaking out, she told (Name) to get out of the room, before something would happen to her friend, but (Name) being (Name) refused, and convinced Eri that they promised to be safe around them.
"..okay, but please be careful, I don't wanna hurt you." Eri said in a panic. (Name) ran their fingers through the young girl's light blue locks. "Is there something in my hair?"
(Name) shook her head, laughing slightly. "No, sweetie. It's just that you seemed tense so I thought that would comfort you, but if you don't like it, just tell me." The teenager pulled her hand away from the girl's head, but Eri had grabbed it, putting (Name)'s hand back on her head.
"N-No.. it feels.. nice." Eri said, leaning her head even more closer into (Name)'s palm. "Thank you, [any label]."
"(Name)'s fine." The teen said. Eri had hesitated before calling (Name) by their name. "That's it." They smiled.
"Did the hospital people let you come here?" The child asked curiously, (Name) scratched the back of their neck, and shook their head. "What?"
"I snuck out of my room." They said, the blue haired girl looked at (Name) in shock. The child told them to go back to their room, to which (Name) declined, telling Eri that they hated being stuck in the room, the nurses were nice, but they just wanted to see Eri again. "I know that you're going to go down a long road and trust is something that you won't take lightly, but if you don't, and when you're ready, I'll be more than willing to be your friend." Eri stood there for a bit, but a soft nod acknowledged that the little girl was okay with it. A soft 'thank you' came from (Name), before once again running their fingers through Eri's long blue locks.
