"Fine." (Name) crossed their arms, they growled as they plop their butt on the ground, Aizawa mentally face palms.(Name) kinda liked their group, Midoriya was a decent person to be partnered with, but Bakugo(u) had ruined it. His ego couldn't even fit in his body.

"Now.. this is where we will fight." All Might's hand points towards the gate.
"Um.. fight? You can't expect us to beat you.." Midoriya squeaks out, "No matter what you do, that'd be impossible!"
"I'm sure, we'll be fine." (Name) murmurs.
"Pessimistic and impatient, I see! Allow me to fully explain!" All Might cheers.

"It's either fight to win or run to win." Midoriya says.
"Yes! Your decision making is being tested! But, given the rules and circumstances, you're probably thinking running is the only option?! That's why we had the Support Course Department make is these! Ultra compressed weights!" All Might cheers, "This handicap weighs me down a whole fifty percent of my body weight! It's a tried-and-true method of slowing movement and draining stamina! Shoot it's heavier than I thought!"
The weights on All Might seems useless, strange but, it's obvious that his Quirk has something to do with strength and speed, like Izuku.
"By the way, we held a competition to design them and that Hatsume girl's design was picked." All Might says, (Name)'s eyes twinkled, like a proud parent.
"She's growing up so fast."
"Trying to bring this fight down to our level or something? That's insulting." Bakugo(u) grumbles.
"Haha! We'll see!" All Might luaghs.

"Team Midoriya, Aizawa, and Bakugo(u), practical exam. Ready? Go!" An intercom gives the three teens that the battle has begun, and after that a horn honks.
Katsuki sprint walks ahead of Midoriya and (Name), the broccoli was trying to catch up to him, and (Name) worrying about what will happen when All Might shows up.
