Jimin’s POV

I'm at Jungkook's house.

No, not only for today.

Until I give birth.

Probably.

*Flashback*

"Mr. and Mrs. Park, is it okay if Jimin lives with me when we get back?" Jungkook suddenly popped up the question at our last lunch before we're going back to the city.

It's Sunday.

My leave was ending and tomorrow I'll have to get back to the office, and it seemed to be the same case with Jungkook as well.

"Hey!" I exclaimed, feeling lucky that I didn't have anything inside my mouth at that very moment or if not, I would've choked on them.

"That would be nice," dad's approval shocked me to the core and I turned to him immediately with desperate eyes.

"Dad?!"

"Jimin, honey. I'm worried about you and the baby if you live alone. If Jungkook takes care of you, we'd be in much more ease in letting you go back to work," mom joined in, and that's how the decision was made.

*Flashback ended.*

"Your room will be ready by the night. Do you want to grab some of your things first?" Jungkook came out from his guest room that'd be my room from today, and I stood up from the couch I sat on in the living room since we arrived.

I didn't know who they were, but there were people cleaning the house when we got there.

Jungkook being Jungkook, he prevented me to walk around too much, and I decided that there's no need to argue with him about things like this and made my head filled with more problems.

Both dad and mom were really reluctant to let me go, and they told me that.

But I love my job, and I won't be able to find another one that paid just as good as here, plus, I didn't want to leave on such short notice either.

The team was great, and it's very hard to find great teammates like mine these days.

Refusing to look at the male or even talk to him since our ride back to the city, I walked to the front door, wordlessly telling him I agreed.

Yes, I went back with Jungkook, in his car.

Meaning, my car was back at home.

And that meant another one thing.

Jungkook was going to send me to work and fetch me from there as well starting from tomorrow.

Did my opinion matter when I opposed?

No, absolutely not.

Mom's words are final.

No car, or no work.

Getting out of the elevator at the basement parking area and walking to his car, I noticed Jungkook's unwavering stare at me and I grumbled.

"What?" asking the alpha without turning to look at him, I kept the frown on my forehead when he sounded excited that I finally talked to him.

"Do you mind if we get our dinner first? You should never miss your meal, that's what auntie said to me," he asked with light voice, but I knew it wasn't even a question, it's an order.

Jungkook was mom's private reporter on my daily life now, and I sighed in defeat at my pitiful life.

"Yes, sure. We can grab a bite at the restaurant close to my house," I gave in, suddenly craving for the spicy rice cake at that one store a few blocks from my apartment.

"Are you going to eat something spicy again?" Jungkook asked, figuring out what was in my head and I got all defensive over the alpha.

"Yeah, got problem with that?" I glared at the boy, having a hunch that I wasn't going to be able to enjoy my favorite snack just like I wanted to.

"Can you eat them like half of the portion you used to? It's not good to eat too many spicy food," he requested, and I rolled my eyes, slamming the door of his luxury car close right after I got in.

Jungkook flinched a little at the loud sound, and I did too actually.

Oh gosh.

I didn't mean to slam that hard.

Poor car.

"I can't even eat what I want now. Great. Just great," mumbling to myself, I was actually starting to get nervous, afraid that he might get mad at me for what I did to the car.

"Jimin -"

"Okay, I'll cut back on the amount," quickly cutting him off even though I wasn't sure he was going to talk about the food or the car, I sat back quietly after putting on my seatbelt.

I side-eyed the male and Jungkook actually looked pleased that I agreed with his suggestion.

"Thank you," he thanked, and I felt pity for the car.

Sorry, it looks like I meant more than you in Jungkook's eyes, honey.

"I'm not doing this for you. It's for the baby," I muttered, feeling relieved that the alpha didn't get mad at me.

"I know. But I'm happy nevertheless," he looked giddy as he put on his own seatbelt, and I bit my lips to hide my smile when I saw how cute and excited he looked when I agreed to his words immediately.

"Okay, now let's go. I'm hungry," clearing my throat to clear my head, I looked out the window to prevent myself from falling for the alpha too quickly.

Oh, I already fell for him.

Okay, I'm preventing myself from trusting the apha too quickly.

Yes, that's it Jimin.

That's it.
