(12,005 BC)

Not much has been said about Lillyana and her side of the story throughout each chapter, but now everyone gets to know her better. Lillyana had always been ten years younger than Hunter and Tullian; born in 12,015 BC. She grew up in a household full of children, her father and various step-mothers had never stopped reproducing. Her father, Lord Aeroyn Valtrun, wanted to keep the Valtrun name alive throughout the years, so the many siblings that Lillyana had were the result of that wish. Not long after Hunter had been given immortality, her father had reduced the reproduction rate as the whole family became immortal. She had only known her Uncle Meryn Valyrrn and Aunt Alysanne Valyrrn for two years, before their passing. By the time Lillyana was ten years old, Hunter had rode down south for Tullian. By the time she started her life as Hunter's guard, at the age of fifteen, Hunter had been transformed to his immortal state. By age twenty, Tullian had gotten married to her second husband, Edmure River (Tully). This chapter shall start in the year 12,005 BC, when Lillyana is ten years old

Lillyana had always grown up with boys; soldiers and leaders, men who had a purpose to survive. Her brothers, for what seemed like hundreds, were always playing and fighting while Lillyana and her three sisters stayed indoors to work on their duties as a woman. Her brothers teased her, though some were older while others were younger, they teased her for not being as perfect as her other sisters. Not being able to sew or knit, dance or curtsy as they best as they could. However, it never really bothered her, as she was more of a physical type.

One day in mid-summer, her father, her brothers, a few guards, and herself went to Direwolf Hall since her father had a meeting with Hunter. Her brothers were to train with the Master of Arms, Ser Aryos Blackbourne, while Lillyana sat inside with Tullian. "Be good." Hunter said as he pointed a finger at Tullian while they stood face to face, the red-haired woman just smiled and kissed his cheek. "I'm always good, it's you we have to worry about." She said as her the end of her hair gently hit him in the face, while she pivoted her heels to walk away from him.

Lillyana had watched them as she stood by her father; Tullian reached a hand out for the young girl which she gladly took. "We'll meet you for luncheon in the Great Hall; don't be late, Tullian." Hunter said as he started towards the lord's private audience chamber, Aeroyn nodded and smiled faintly at his daughter before he went along with his nephew. Lillyana expected her cousin to make her sew or knit with her, but no, the young woman took the young girl to the stables. From there they rode out into an open field, lightly covered in snow with flowers still perking out. 'She looked so beautiful on her horse' Lillyana's thoughts ran as they headed to the open field, her eyes looked to Tullian as they rode. There was a guard behind them; the hazy brown direwolf in front of them; Tullian and Lillyana rode beside each other, but hardly ever talked.

Lillyana's mother had always spoken of Tullian, but never highly. "She's a rambunctious child; annoyingly playful. She's not the perfect description of a woman. Be unlike her, Lillyana. Be a good woman, listen to what the man of the house has to say and don't be like her." Her mother had told her before she left with her father to Direwolf Hall. "Come back at high noon, Lowell, we don't want to disappoint Hunter by being late." The guard nodded from behind his helmet; he had just finished tying down their horses when Tullian spoke to him, and he left moments after she told him to. Tullian turned to smile at the young girl, then started to speak. "I don't have much plans until luncheon; I normally come out here to have a bit of freedom from doing all that woman's work. Enjoy yourself, Lillyana. Be free for once." Tullian's voice was like silk, it just rolled out of her mouth when she spoke.

"Just don't go near the tree line; Savages wait there to hunt for Valyrrn men. Be careful and let Maiden run with you." The woman said as she sat down in the light snow under a tree, a book that she had packed was in her hands. Lillyana looked to the hazy brown direwolf, the female direwolf almost gave her a smile before they went off running in the field. What had seemed like hours going by, had only been about two before the guard, Lowell, came back. Lillyana was sitting in the snow with Maiden, picking at the flowers, grass, and snow when Lowell came back. She looked up when she heard the horse hooves moving closer to them, she saw the red-haired woman look up with a smile at the guard. "Lillyana, come on back! We have to meet Hunter and your father for luncheon." Tullian yelled across the field where Lillyana was sitting.
