The next morning, as the pale sun started to rise in the east, Dany was getting ready for the day. Beside her on the feathered bed, laid a bare Jon. She could see his scars more clearly now; the coldness of the North really brought it out against his pale skin. She wondered what Lord Valyrrn's scars looked like on his pale skin. She wondered; and she was thinking about what the northern lord looked like. Was she falling for the older lord? She couldn't be, she was in love with Jon, not Hunter. The Dragon Queen leaned over the body of White Wolf, gently kissing his lips before she quietly moved out of the chambers. She wore her normal attire: long, gray dress with white to make it look like snow, a red scarf came out from her neck line. She wore the same dress when she traveled beyond the Wall to save the men. Her hair was in many braids, a sign of her victories, and her hair bobbed as she moved down the stone corridors to the Great Hall.

It was breakfast time, or so she thought. As she entered the room, she saw only one person sitting at the high table. Sansa Stark. Daenerys almost left before Sansa called out to her, "Your grace, don't go please." Daenerys turned her head around to look at the Lady Stark, the red-haired woman was sitting alone staring at the silver-haired woman. Dany slowly approached the Stark woman, sitting down next to her where she noticed that Sansa was reading something. "Snow Upon the River's Shore, I found this in the library. It was my aunt Lyanna's favorite book, or one of them." Sansa told her, "It's got the history behind Houses Stark, Tullly, and Valyrrn; the connections between the three houses; and the feuds between. Lyanna was quite fascinated by Lord Valyrrn, she even had written notes that she took while at the Tourney of Harrenhall." While Sansa was talking, a crow that flew by the window caught her attention.

It was the same crow from the events that took yesterday; she watched the window as she saw the bird sit down at the window seal. 'He's watching.' Dany thought to herself as she listened to what Sansa had to say. Suddenly Sansa stopped speaking when she saw what Dany was looking at; gently closing the book to watch the bird. "He wants to know what we are doing. Bran said that the Night King had touched his wrist, knowing where Bran would be isn't a challenge for him. Lord Valyrrn, from what I heard from Bran, was that he is using the three-eyed crow to watch over us and Bran. However, Bran is uncertain as he can't get inside the bird's head." Sansa told her, and Dany just gave a simple nod.

It was early in the morning, the others who were sleeping in the castle wouldn't be awake until later, and the war council didn't start until later in the day. However, Dany knew that Lord Valyrrn would come earlier than expected to attend, he had done so in the past. After a moment of watching the bird, the crow flew away and the two women looked at each other. As they talked quietly amongst themselves, the doors of Great Hall opened to Jon. Dany saw him the corner of her eyes, a smiling Jon. She knew he was smiling because they were getting closer to one another. Jon didn't like to believe that the two were only getting along, because of Lord Valyrrn. He liked to believe that they were getting along, because they had things in common. Dany didn't see it like that, neither did Sansa. They both loved Jon, but at this point he really seemed over his head about not trusting a man who was bringing men to their cause. Dany would never understand the hatred that Jon had for Lord Valyrrn.

"Mornin'." Jon called out as he came closer to them; he stepped up onto the platform that held the high table, Dany felt a kiss on her cheek and saw him pat Sansa's shoulder. "Light reading this early in the morning?" He asked Sansa as he sat down beside Dany; the sound of a chair moving against the stone came from Sansa's direction. Lady Stark took up her book, tucking it under her arm and she bowed to Dany. She quietly descended down the stone steps heading to the doors. When Sansa was about to leave, she turned to look at Dany and Jon. "For your information, this is one of the lightest books that you will find the Winterfell library. Alongside the fact, if you want to get to know your banner-men better, this should tell you more, Lord Snow." Sansa said to Jon, but a smile appeared for Dany.
