Toosii's POV
Its been three days since I last saw Jordan.

I mean since I almost kissed her in her kitchen. I missed her. Though we texted it wasn't enough.

I knew she knew that Izzy and I have history but she never asked. I mean even if she did I would have told her.

It's not that deep.

But I realized this with Jordan. If she didn't want to know she wasn't going to ask. If she asks she definitely cares enough to want to know. So I'm assuming at this point. She doesn't care.

It was currently 1:30 PM. I knew her business comm class had just ended so I called her and she picked up on the third ring.

I knew she purposely did that. Like who picks up a call up on the exact third ring. You're either one or two rings early or 4 rings late.

"Hello.", she spoke quietly into her phone, her voice breaking through my speaker.

"Why are you whispering?", I asked her noticing her tone.

"I'm in public. I can't risk anyone over hearing my conversation.", she stated and I imagined her rolling her eyes.

"You just rolled your eyes didn't you?", I asked her and was greeted with silence.

"What do you want?", she questioned changing the topic confirming my assumption.

I chuckled as I heard her shuffling about.
"Don't hang up I'm putting you on speaker.", she stated as I heard more moving around. "You can talk now.", she said as I heard her vehicle start.

"Don't you have another class today. Why are you leaving campus?", I asked her.

"My lecturer emailed us canceling. I have no more classes for the rest of the day and I'm free tomorrow . So I'm going home.", she said as I heard her cuss someone to get out her way.

"Ok. I'm going to the studio later. Wanna tag along?", I asked her. I don't know why I just asked her that.

I facepalmed.

"What time?", she asked. "Around 7pm.", I answered.

"Okay. I'm down.", she replied. "Toot. Don't hang up. I'm going to do something.", she said.

I liked when she called me that. Smiling I placed my phone on my kitchen island as I washed my now empty plate and cup.

"This is Jenny, welcome to McDonald's. May I take your order?", I heard the customer service voice through the phone.

"Really Jordan? A stop at McDonald's? I thought it was something important.", I stated as I rinsed my now washed sudsy plate off.

I heard her laugh as she finished placing her order. "It is food and I'm hungry. Life or death. Thus making it important. You want anything? I'm coming over and sleeping over.", she said through the speakers.

"Naa. I'm good.", I said as I heard her order extra fries and an extra drink. I laughed .

She did that because I like to eat her fries.

"I'm going to go pick up now and then I'll drop by my house for some clothes then I'll swing by.", she stated as I agreed.

"Bye". she said through the speaker ending the call not waiting on a response.

She's something else. I thought to myself as I smiled wiping the counters down.

Jordan's POV
"I don't feel like driving tonight.", I'm riding with you.", I told Nau'jour as I watched him put some equipment away.
