Jordan's POV
It's been three days since I took the pregnancy tests. I still am unsure about my results.

One came back negative, one came back positive. I'm now more confused than ever. My period is now four days late.

I was currently at the doctors. I haven't told Kennedy about my suspicions as yet but I did tell her I was headed to the doctor. I figured this was something I wanted to do on my own.

"Jordan Black.", I heard my name and looked up from my phone to see the receptionist with her clipboard. I placed my crossbody on my shoulder and made my way into the doctors office.

I had already submitted my bodily fluids to the nurse when I had arrived here earlier so I'm just here for the results.

I sat down on the chair across from the doctor as she held a clipboard with my name on the form.

"Good Afternoon Ms.Black. I'm Dr. Vasquez. I believe I have some results for you.", she stated smiling as she clicked her pen so she could write.

Her Spanish accent was heavy.

I was nervous as fuck.

"So it says here that you did some at home pregnancy tests. And you are unsure of the results because they both had opposing answers.", she stated as I nodded in conformation.

"Have you been feeling tenderness in your breasts? Any weird cravings?", she asked to which I shook my head no. "No I have not.", I stated.

She gave a nod. "Well, you do have symptoms of pregnancy however I must say that your test came back negative.", she stated looking at me as I sighed in relief.

"But how?", I asked as she smiled. "You stated on the document that you have been under immense stress as of lately and you are on birth control. That could have slowed down your cycle. As for the nausea, there is a possibility that the alcohol had a bad reaction with something you ate or it could just be side effects of being on birth control." she explained.

I nodded as she continued. "Please give the birth control a break for a week at least and if your period doesn't arrive in the next two days. Please, come see me again."

"We noticed that your body has been running low on supplements and I have prescribed some vitamins for you to take daily.", she stated handing me a prescription.

"Do you have any questions?", she asked me noticing how quiet I was.

"Yes. I'd like to discuss other alternatives for contraceptives with you.", I said to her as she nodded pulling a brochure from her desk.

I felt a bit relieved after I left the doctors office. Now that I know that I wasn't pregnant I felt lighter.

Kennedy had messaged earlier informing me that she was going on campus for a quick minute. School reopens next week. Ugh.

I pulled up to our driveway and saw a familiar Hellcat parked near the side walk, the owner waiting for me.
