It's been three weeks since our new found relationship. The only people who know are the ones inside our small circle of friends.

I want to keep it that way. The public will mess things up. I know for a fact. Especially seeing as this is new.

Things have been good at the internship, Trevor however has been avoiding me. I would be lying if I said I wasn't a bit  skeptical.

He has brought so many women into his office this past week, it's crazy. All of them leaving no better than the next.

One thing he's going to do is to keep them in rotation.

I chuckled to myself as I grabbed my handbag so I could leave Capitol. The day was over and it was Friday.

Kennedy was picking me up in her new car. She received it as a gift from her parents. It was not the latest model or anything but she loved it nevertheless. It was a Honda.

"Heeeyyy bitch", she yelled as I approached her car

"Heeeyyy bitch", she yelled as I approached her car. I chuckled opening the door to the passenger seat.

"What are we doing tonight?", I asked as she she grinned.

"Let's have a girls night.", she suggested.

"Okay, I ain't mad at it.", I agreed entering her car. I didn't drive to 'work' today. My boyfriend brought me. It still feels weird saying.

My phone rang breaking my thoughts. I answered the phone without checking caller ID. I don't have that much people calling me anyways.

"Hello," I said through the phone.

"What it do?", I heard the voice break through the phone which cause me to smile.

"Hey babe,", Nau'jour mentioned. "What you doing?", he asked.

"Nothing. Why I asked?", lowering the volume on the radio. The aux was connected.

"I'm a bit nervous. Just wanted to talk.", he admitted.

"Aww, you're nervous about your performance?", I asked. He was performing at the after party for a concert award show tonight. It will be live streamed. Millions will be watching.

"Yes, I am. The exposure can be good or bad. It can make or break my career. I just feel pressured you know.",he sighed. I could sense the stress.

"Well you know I will be cheering you on.", I encouraged him as I heard him chuckle.

My phone started beeping and I took the phone away from my ear, I noticed he was FaceTiming me.

I declined.

"Seriously Jordan.", he said laughing as I said "mhm.", playfully to which I heard my phone buzz again.

I answered this time. Only placing half of my face in the camera.
