Mabilis akong nakarating sa resto since hindi pa naman traffic kasi umaga palang at hindi rin naman 'to kalayuan sa bahay. So we need to get there before 12 kasi mag-aayos pa. I told Candy that we should start by 9 am kasi magluluto pa. Pero sabi naman niya they could manage naman daw kaya okay lang na magpalate ako ng konti. I don't even know why.
"Candy, kamusta rito?" tanong ko agad pagkakita ko sa kanya.
"We're doing good po, halos lahat hinahanda na at marami pang oras," sabi niya habang sinusuot ko apron ko to check on everyone.
Ang kinuha nilang package ay Lunch Buffet Set 2. Mukhang late lunch ang mangyayari. So that includes, California Roast Chicken, Lemon Dill Pan Pork Korean Sesame, Seasonal Vegetables in Brown Butter and importantly, the client's request, Fettuccine Carbonara. Favorite raw ng celebrant.
It also includes Deconstructed Apple Pie and New York Cheesecake for the desserts, and Red Iced Tea and Lemonade for the drinks.
Isa isa kong tiningnan lahat, at tinikman. And everyone's doing a job well done.
