[Just so you know it's kinda inspired by my favorite manga Last Game so if you see similarities then thats kinda why. I don't wanna take all the credit on the plot but I'll be changing it up a bit later on] Hope you guys enjoy!! ヾ(@^▽^@)ノ

Present Day
"Hey..."
I looked to her as she came up to me. Silently she went to my side. She smiled, I smiled, same old same old. But to me she wasn't the same. She was that girl who had changed my life entirely.

13 years ago (Marco POV)

"Marco!! Time to get up sweetie. It's Monday today!" I heard my mom from downstairs yell aloud.

I could hear the curtains being opened, waking me up in the process. I grumpily sat up, stretched and yawned as the maid helped me get ready for school. I'm not really a morning type of person but school always made me happier.

I went down and ate my breakfast before getting inside the limo. I said my good-byes to my mom and I was off to school. People greeted me there as I went to the classroom.

"Marco!!"

I look to find a group of girls calling for me. I smirk as I walk up to them. We start making chit-chat as we laugh about jokes that I made and funny stories. They giggle as I start to flirt with some of them.

"So Marco... I heard your dad starred in a new movie this year. It's coming out somewhere this month right?" One of the girls asked me.

"Yup! My dad said that we'll be going on the red carpet this Saturday for the premiere."

I said with pride as they looked at me with admiration on their faces. The bell started to ring as class starts. We get back to our seats and try to calm down when the teacher comes.

"Alright class please settle down! I'm here to give you the results for our science test last Friday. Please come when I have called your name."

One by one my classmates went up, whining about how bad their score was and how much their parents were gonna kill them. When my name was called I stood up proudly walking up to her. I already knew what my score was gonna be.

"Perfect as always Marco. Keep up the good work." She smiled at me as she gave me my paper.

"Woah Marco is the only one who got Perfect again!" a classmate of mine said out loud. I smiled proudly at my success and went back to my seat.

Soon it was already the end of school. "Hey Marco! Ya wanna hang with us today at the basketball court?"

I packed my books as I replied "Nah! I have tutoring today so I can't go. Also swimming practice is at 6." They whined at the rejection and I went to tutoring.

I walked there since it wasn't that far from the school. I needed the warm-up anyways. Tutouring was pretty easy since I was able to understand the lessons well enough. And swimming practice was fun! Especially since I was able to see the girls... ;)

Thinking back Elementary school was the best time of my life! I would get high grades, was the love interest of every girl, the best in sports, and since my dad was an Actor I would sometimes get scouted because of my good looks. I would win all sorts of Championships in my swim team! I was like the King of the world. The Best of the Best!!

The Next day

I came to school and the same old happened again. Friends asking for notes and money for lunch, girls from different classes coming to talk, and the teacher trying to clam us down.

"Okay class we have a transfer student today! Please treat her well!"

Or maybe not the same. The teacher introduced us to the new girl. My first impression? Plain! She seemed poor, and didn't really deserve my interest at all. She wore those twin braids and you could tell she was holding a pretty big book in her bag. I bet she'll be one of those quiet girls at school. Or will she?
