"Well, this is something new. Here, I find that the one and only Wren Robinsons would invite me out for lunch on this very fine Tuesday. Are you going to treat me as well? Hmm?" I look up to see Marco dragging out a chair from the table. His words held a teasing tone while he had a smile on his face. Well, I think it's a smile. No, it was definitely more of a smirk that laid upon his facial feautures. I ignored his words and tidied up the space as he started to sit down, arms propped up on the table as his hands held his face. "So, Wren. What did you invite me for? Do you miss me already? You know, I see you almost every day in school... couldn't wait any longer?" I looked up at him with no emotion evident on my face and shook my head, muttering a 'no.' Fake hurt was written all over his face as he gasped in surprise. This, is pretty normal to me now that I have already gotten used to his presence after such a while.

Taking out another container with food in it, I give it to Marco. Saying a small thanks, he takes it from me and starts to eat. We talk about our studies and any other randon thing that comes to mind until I remember what this meetup was specifically for.

"Marco?"

He gives me a small nod and looks at me, waiting for my next words. "I actually called you here for a favour," He looks at me, confused, but still waits for me to finish. "It's about a friend of mine," He stops eating and looks at me. A grin spreads out on his face, wider than I could ever imagine. "FRIEND! You have a friend?! Other than me, another friend?!" A laugh comes out of his lips as he says his words. Suddenly I could hear fake sniffles coming from him. His eyes teary almost like he was about to cry. "My Wren. *Sniff* She's growing up so fast!" He starts to laugh again while I start to get a little annoyed. I fake a cough to get back his attention. "Yes. This favour does concern another friend of mine," He calms down just a bit from his fit of laughter and simply smiles in front of me, waiting for me to continue again. "She told me before that she was a big fan of you and your family and would like to meet up with you sometime. Is that alright?" As soon as I finish, his smile changes quickly to a frown. I think nothing of it, my mind telling me that he is only thinking and that it is just his face that is misunderstanding. But this time, my mind was wrong. His frown does not go back to a smile, his eyes seem darker, sadder even.

"Yeah. I'm alright with it. Just give me her number and I'll set everything up with her. I have to go. I have an errand to get and it's urgent,"

He gets up and leaves, giving me back the food that I had given him moments before. I look at it, the remnants of the container half eaten. Looking at it then back to Marco who was already on his way out. "Oh. Ok. Bye Marco!" I stand up to look at him. To see his face one more time before he goes again. No answer was given to me. Only the sounds of the other students and chairs screeching on the floor. No look back. His face couldn't be seen, only the back of his head.  No 'Good bye to you too Wren.' There were no weird moves from Marco. Just his back facing me, getting smaller and smaller until he disappeared from the corner.
