That Girl

It's literally been 4-5 years since I've been on this account and wow have things changed. I'm not sure if there's anybody who will even read this, but I'm going to do it anyway.

Hi! My name is Aly and I'm the author of That Girl. I am honestly surprised that people have read and are reading this story even to this day.  It makes me a little happy, but also really guilty that I gave up on this. To be honest when I was making this it was mostly for my friends and Is entertainment. I wanted to write and they wanted someone to write about them or to write about something we all loved (we all really loved Last Game) so this happened. However when we all stopped using Wattpad my motivation to continue vanished. It wasn't until recently that my sister took up this app that I even remembered about That Girl. Curious as to what may have happened, I logged on only to see so many comments and so many votes that I was a little overwhelmed (not in a bad way).  I really didn't think this story would be so well liked despite my so-so writing, but you all thought otherwise. All the comments and votes really warmed my heart albeit me reading them 2-4 years late and for that I'm really grateful. I'm also really sorry that I completely abandoned this story and you. So I just wanted to say thank you for loving this story way more than I did and for also encouraging me to become more confident in my ability to write. It means a lot to me so thank you again :)

I did want to end this note by saying that I will officially discontinue this story, but due to recent events it seems I have a bit of time on my hands (I hope all of you guys are safe and doing well wherever you are! Don't let this covid-19 panic get to you. We will be ok). And so I was thinking maybe I could take this story up again! It's a little risky but I also want to say there will be many changes. Instead of continuing from where I left off I would completely redo this story. Start from the beginning again and actually make this it mine. I know this originally was based on Last Game and you all loved that, but like I've said things have changed. I have changed. I'll still keep a few things like the characters and the idea of romance, but instead of referencing the manga multiple times this will come from my head and my experiences.

Hopefully this idea will be received with love just as this story did before and if not then that's something for future Aly to think about. Again, I just really wanted to say thank you and I hope you'll still be a fan of what I'll spin up for you next.
