170.) Sticky Black Tar

My views aren't pessimistic or negative,
they're realistic, truthful and honest.
And if you can't handle that it's clearly because
you're far too used to the pretty little lies society has named "diplomacy".

So, either hear my truth or their white lies,
complimenting your dress even though it dies.
It's ugly and hideous in reality.
Yet the mask of diplomacy
is what all of these fake fools
and circus clowns
wear.
Yet they'll never really wear away.
Unless we change.
But if we change it, delicate people will get hurt.
And we're all delicate.
We're all sensitive.
We're all weak.
Too weak for the truth
that lies beneath.

So, I stick this into your face,
for all of you to see.
With hope to liberate you from the
cloud of lies that lingers near.
- Cloud that you should fear.

Like sticky, black tar
is truth, ugly, hard to hide or get rid of,
and something sticky that'll haunt your mind and stick to your thoughts like magnetic glue.
Until you take it to your grave.
How blue.
If only there were such a substance
that grew so naturally in existence.
