19. My Comeback

"Wakey, wakey eggs and bakey!" Paris yells running around the room banging on a pot from their kitchen.

"If you don't shut up right now, I will murder you in your sleep!" Jasmine yells.

"Nope she's right get your asses out of bed we have to prepare for everything today." Galaxy calls from the kitchen. That wakes everyone up and soon they are surrounding Galaxy as she puts the finishing touches on breakfast.

"Bon Appétit," she says while serving everyone a plate.

"Wait, why aren't you eating! Is it poisoned?!?" Ashley asks, pushing her plate away.

"No, I'm just too nervous to eat! If something goes wrong today then none of us survives, so I can't help it." Galaxy says. The other girls freeze at the mention of surviving.

"Wait!" Ashley yells, "You're serious. Like absolutely positively serious! YOU! You are the one questioning everything right now. The woman who single handedly fought off all of the teachers, who scared everyone just by the mention of her name when she was 13! You who made this whole plan a freaking possibility. You better take that back right fucking now!"

Galaxy merely nods her head while taking a bite of food from everyone's plate so they know it's safe. Once she finishes they all dig in like a pack of wild animals because despite their best efforts all of them have been too nervous to eat lately, so they are starving.

After they have finished their food, Galaxy talks through the plan with them again, before going to talk with Rosie. When she reaches Rosie's apartment, right as she's about to knock on the door, it opens revealing Rosie standing there dressed.

"Took you long enough, I figured you'd stop by this morning." Rosie says beckoning her sister inside.

Galaxy steps in and sees the other girls are there as well. "Sorry, I was going over everything with the girls, but I had to see you again in case anything goes wrong."

All of the girls in the room aww at her cuteness, while Rosie runs up and hugs her.

"Alright you remember everything?" Galaxy turns serious.

Rosie nods her head, "Yeah I just have to..."

Galaxy cuts Rosie off by putting her finger over her lips and then points to her ears to signal that someone is listening.

"Wait no," Rosie covers, shaking her head as if she's trying to jog her memory, "I just have to make sure the banner gets put up for when you all pass the test!"

"Exactly! I mean I know we're not supposed to come back and talk to current students until we've had at least 5 years of experience, but I think we'll find a way. Feel free to show them everything now too." Galaxy nods to their audience

When she leaves, confident in her sister's ability to get the job done, she has one more stop to make. Walking down the hallway she abruptly stops in the middle, looking up she calls out "Rapunzel! Rapunzel!"

A voice replies as if from nowhere, "Clear?"

Galaxy replies, "Clear, but hurry I don't have much time."

A rope ladder falls right in front of Galaxy, and with one last glance around she darts up it as fast as she can. When she reaches the top, she has to quickly dodge a punch, "You fucking killed me!"

"Well Lioness," Galaxy says haughtily. "I had to make it believable and we both know that you wanted out of that class as soon as you could get out."

"True, but it took me forever to heal all the way from that knife." The Lioness shrugs.

Galaxy laughs lightly, "You're the one who brought a knife laced with paralytics, I would have just put you in a choke hold till you stopped functioning."

"You know what... that's true. But the teacher should have been able to tell the difference with that choke hold." Lioness reasons.

Galaxy glances at her wrist watch, "Alright I don't have much time, but is everything ready? Any little mistake could mean the end of all of us."

The Lioness rolls her eyes, "Yes ma'am, everything is in place and ready, I can't wait to make my comeback!"
