Adrien:

It was a long day, me and Kagami tried doing everything we could. I ran into Marinette, but she didn't look at me. We were walking back to her place but it started to rain. We both went under an overhang of a building so we wouldn't get wet.

"Wanna do something fun?" Kagami asked me.

"Sure? What do you wanna do?" I asked.

She pulled me into the rain and we immediately got soaked. There were no cars on the street so we danced in the middle of it. It felt good.

Kagami whispered in my ear.

"I love you now and forever."

The words that repeated in my head. I spent the whole day with this girl, and ended it off by dancing in the rain. It felt different. A good kind of different. That's the moment I knew, I wanted to be with this girl forever.

'I love you now and forever.' But it sounded so familiar. I swear I heard it before. But from where?

I stopped moving and looked up to see a girl standing on her balcony, enjoying the rain.

Then I got another episode. Little did I know, it would be my last.

This time, it wasn't short. It was rather fast. It was like everything that happened in my life repeated in my head in fast motion.

The girl I kept seeing, Marinette.

It was Marinette all along.

Then that familiar sentence replayed again.

"I love you now and forever." She said to me. Marinette said to me. As we were dancing in the rain, in front of her bakery. Everything made sense now. I remembered everything that happened.

I remembered the accident, the hospital, the night before.

I remembered the first time I laid my eyes on her. Our first date, the teddy bear I got her, the necklace, lucky charms, the hugs, excitement, love, I remember her.

I was quickly snapped back into reality.

"Adrien? Was it too soon? I'm sorry." Kagami said worriedly.

"I- I have to go!"

I ran away leaving Kagami behind. I messed up. I messed everything up. I lost everything.

I lost the love of my life, my princess, my lady.

I lost Marinette.

I stopped running when I noticed a shiny gold necklace sitting on the ground. I picked it up.

"Princess"

It was the necklace I gave Marinette. On her birthday. What was it doing here?

I picked it up and dried it off as best as I could. I ran home and Nathalie opened the door to see me soaked.

"Adrien? Why are you wet?"

"I messed up Nathalie!" I started to sob.

"I remember everything! I remember what happened before the accident. I remember what I did to Marinette! I didn't believe her. Why didn't I believe her! It's all my fault! I can't do anything now." I continued to cry.

Nathalie pulled me inside and gave me a hug.

"Shhh, it's okay Adrien. It'll be okay."

I cried into Nathalie's shoulder, making her clothes all wet from being the the rain. I held the necklace in my hands, holding it tightly.

I went to my room and sat on my bed. I didn't care if I was getting it wet. I stared at the necklace in my hand and cried even more. I dried it off completely with a towel.

It was still shiny even though it was outside for probably a while. I needed to see Marinette. I needed to see her right now.

I got into my car and drove off to her house. I parked in front of the bakery and rang the doorbell. Marinette came rushing down not long after and her eyes widened at the sight of seeing me.

She opened the door for me and before she could say anything I hugged her tightly.

"Adrien?"

I didn't say anything and kept hugging her. I finally let go and out my hands on her face.

"I'm so sorry Marinette. I'm so sorry." I cried.

"For what? What's wrong?"

"I remembered everything. I treated you so badly. I blamed you for what happened to me. I didn't believe you."

She looked at me for a second.

"Adrien, it's okay."

She gave me her little smile that made my heart melt every time I saw it. I couldn't take it any longer and kissed her right then and there. She kissed back and I deepened the kiss. I pulled her waist closer to me as her hands slowly crept up my shoulders and wrapped them around my neck.

I missed the feeling of her lips on mine. Her warm body touching mine. I missed her being mine.

We stumbled inside the bakery, with our lips still locked. The door shut and we continued to kiss.

After we finally broke apart, gasping for air. I gave her a small kiss on her forehead and we both smiled.

I love you now and Forever.
