Marinette:
It's been 4 days since the accident. I visited him everyday since then. I slept in my own bed, it was far more comfortable then a chair. I had breakdowns from time to time, and my mom and dad did everything they could to help me get my mind off it.
I arrived at the hospital, with a book that was a sequel to my favourite novel.
"Love conquers All."
It was a book gifted to me by my aunt in China. It was about a girl who fell in love with her guy best friend, but he fell in love with someone else. In the end he realized that she was the only one who could fill the empty space in his heart.
The next book came out last week, but I could only get my hands on it now. So I decided to read it to Adrien. I sat down on the chair and I began to read. I was almost done Chapter 1 as I was interrupted by a sound. I looked up from my book and I saw Adrien slowly opening his eyes.
Oh my God.
"Adrien! You're awake!" I said excitedly as a hugged him gently, trying not to hurt him.
He let out an awkward chuckle after I let go.
"If you don't mind me asking... who are you?"
