Broken

It hurt. Everything hurt. I was done pretending I was fine.

I got my razor once I was back home, knowing what I was about to do. What Max had said brought me to the harsh reality, that I was broken, and I would never get better. Not with my brothers' help, not with the help of a mental hospital, nothing.

I got my box cutter from my draw. I raised my shaking hand and felt the shooting pain as the blade slammed into my arm, ripping open the artery. I looked up, not wanting to see the damage as I bled out. I got into the ready made bathtub with my clothes still on. The scalding water burned my open wound, making me flinch from the sudden stinging feeling. My brothers were in Jeremy's room, having a conversation they didn't want me to hear.

I focused on breathing deeply as I observed my blood tainting the water a bright red. I lay back, getting comfortable as said blood oozed out of my arm, bringing me closer to death with every second.

The last thing I remember was Jeremy yelling at me to come out or he was coming in. He was suspicious that I was going back to self harm. Close enough.

He kicked the door down just as I drifted off into darkness. And that was it, I was done with my miserable, broken life.

A/N:

I'm sorry. I know you all wanted her to get better and live the rest of her life happily, but I just think she was too depressed with living and wanted out.

Also, if any of you are suffering or just need someone to talk to, I'm here. Here's my snap for anyone: emzj.xo2

Another thing, I've been trying to publish another story that is a twilight fanfic about this supernatural girl with a harsh past who becomes part of the family, but not as a vampire nor a human, but it doesn't let me publish it for some reason, so if anyone has any tips, please let me know.
